New former customer
I've bought from them for years, but somewhere along the lines quality has deminished greatly. Plus, shipping costs are outrageous. I've bought cloths elsewhere and paid less than $10 for shipping. OneStopPlus stoores charge $25 or more and in the package are 4 or more catalogs adding to the weight of the package. I've stopped shopping there and probably will not go back.
Disappointing quality for the price
I recently ordered a pair of slacks and two blouses. The Pants, from the Suprema label, were described as some of the better merchandise offered by Catherine's. When they arrived, I was very disappointed in the quality, given the price and the item description. One of the shirts arrived, and the other is on backorder and has been for a couple of weeks now. The shirt that did arrive is definitely not the quality I would have expected for the price. By quality, I mean that the material is flimsy. The pants have a strange sort of waistband that is elastic and looks similar to what you'd find on Izod men's boxer shorts. The elastic isn't encased in fabric as you would typically see in dress pants. Although they were described as a cotton blend, they feel more synthetic than cotton and cheaply made. I'm torn between making the effort to send them back and donating them.
Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish. Waited weeks for order and dressing gown was so enormous I would have needed to be over 6ft tall with arms like an orangutang for it to have gone even close to fitting. I wanted to return it but as returns information was so complicated and it would have cost me MORE money to return (I was not convinced a refund would happen) so I've put the garment into recycling.

I would give them 0 stars but I have to check at least one. I had to return items and the UPS store did not process the return correctly and now I have to pay for items that One Stop received but have no record of. UPS refuses to take responsibility and One Stop won't refund me. $143.00 I have to pay for Items I don't have.

If I could give this review No Stars I would! I wish I had read the review here before I purchased anything. I had to return and item because I ordered the wrong size, not only did I have to ship it to the US and it cost me 22 Euro for tracking, they received my parcel a week ago but did not issue me with a refund! When I emailed they said oh they will issue the refund now, however, the refund excludes shipping, so not only did I have to pay the 22 Euro to send it back but was charged 10 Euro to receive the item, so for something I never really got I paid 30 Euro! What a Rip-off, I will never again buy from them or recommend them to anyone.

I don’t know what’s wrong with this series of businesses. I ordered a French Blue Kate blouse and the “Boyfriend jacket.” I received a horrible dark blue shirt and a “Denim/24-7” spongy jacket that lists for $30 less. It feels like a wet sponge.
I tried ordering the “French blue Kate” another three times AND have never received one(!) Yes, definitely: “shame on me” applies.
As of now, I have 5 dark blue Kate blouses and 4 lilac Kate blouses (never ordered this color, either) in a wide range of “we don’t care what you ordered!”
Actually, in the last 2 1/2 years, they’ve only gotten 2 orders right and I had only ordered one thing per time.
Beware - feel cheated
They're an agency for other companies, and sell items for about 3 times their original cost. Also they make it not worthwhile returning anything - I would have had to pay £32 to return a teeshirt!

BUYER BEWARE! First of all, they use the name OneStopPlus (with one P, not two) but to make a review they use two P’s! and they also use the name Full Beauty. I have shopped with them for years, but obviously, something has changed. The fittings are totally off and the quality now is very poor, PLUS, BUYER BEWARE! To my SURPRISE, I tried to return an order the same they I received it and realized they did not send a return form and/or label, did not respond to my emails and won’t answer phone calls. I had other orders coming and the same thing has happened. SHAME ON THEM!

I placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes. One pair has been "processing" for almost 2 weeks. Every time I called they said it was shipping with the rest but because it's from a 3rd party the tracking might be off.
2 pairs came and I called again but customer service has no clue who the 3rd party is, or where to contact them and said they can't refund or cancel. They pocketed my money and are now acting like they have no idea what's going on. Then they have the nerve to tell me once it gets to 20 days after this mysterious 3rd party ships it's mysterious package from who knows when, then it's no longer their responsibility, but they have no clue where or when. What????

I never received my order. I have called 6 times and got the run around and now I am outside my window to get a refund.

If I could give no stars I would , items were never delivered, sent back return to sender and received I am STILL fighting for my refund to credit card, every time I call (five times now) I get a different story as to why my refund has not been put back on my card.

Lost shipment/address problems…
Placed a order last year and just now finding out the answer. While doing a order I tried to update my address and thought I did but they apparently were changing their system and it didn't change. When the 2nd half of the order was sent I got a email and found out that it went to the old address. After calling them a few times to explain and why'd it happened they said to fill out a affidavit and I explained it back in September 2021 and not a word since. I even sent a email 2 months ago and still nothing! Finally 6 months later denied! Never again will I order from them. Even asked for a supervisor? None around! Never do business again. $100 for nothing at all!!
Did not fulfill order
I placed an order on Feb 11, and received a phone call a few days later to confirm the order which I did. Two weeks later nothing had happened and I never received a shipping confirmation. I checked the status on the website and it read status not shipped and in a second line status cancelled. They cancelled the order because it was not in stock and never notified me. Customer service was awful and didn’t answer any questions directly and seemed flippant. Do not recommend

I have shopped w/ Full Beauty and the other companies included under their umbrella for well over 10 years. I've had to have many exchanges and while I don't care for the "buy the exchange, we will refund the return" I've done it many times. It just ties up the money on the Full Beauty Credit Card. This year I purchased a leather coat for my son for Xmas. When he tries it on there was a tear under the pocket. I called them and wanted to "exchange" it. I did not want to buy it again- I did not want to send it back and wait the 3-6 weeks to make it their return/exchange department. I asked that they send me a new coat and I'd send this back at the same time using their return label, OR send me an OVERNITE return label- it would at least cut off the shipping back time. They would do neither. I have worked at Duluth Trading, and shop online at Zulily, Wayfair and Amazon. ALL 3 of those companies have replaced damaged items immediately, and sometimes they don't even want them back. WHY, because I do All my shopping online. I have been with those companies for many years and have spent a lot of money. I am treated like the customer I am.
I returned the coat for a full refund, all the credit cards (at one time you had to have separate cards for Roamans, WW and King Size) cut in half and EVERY packing I could fine from the last few years. I cancelled my accounts and credit cards. I will NEVER shop with them again.
They take forever to ship a package
They take forever to ship a package. I ordered from 3 companies the same day. Lane Bryant and belks and I got my other 2 orders already. Here it still says pending. I ordered for a trip this weekend it won't be here. Last time it took 5 months. I am done. Cutting up my card.

They can't keep track of what's in stock. Won't let you cancel once they tell you there's a two-month delay.
I ordered a product and paid for express shipping. I received confirmation of the order and that the product was in stock. 5 days later I received an email announcing that the product was not in stock and was back ordered for 2 months. I could not wait for two months so I ordered a product from another vendor. This is where things get really interesting. I emailed One Stop Plus I advised them that because of the delay I ordered another product and to cancel the order. They responded to my email saying that because the product was backordered they couldn't cancel it. I explained to them that I couldn't wait two whole months and wanted to cancel it. They advised that they are unable to cancel backordered orders, and that I had to return the product once I received it. I cannot believe that they do not have a process for canceling back orders that are not going to be delivered for 2 months. In the past they've also sent me a wrong partial order so I had to return it and they would not cancel the rest of the order either. Their system is so Antiquated that it takes them 5 days to find out the product is not in stock when they said it is in stock and then they tell you that they will still charge you 2 months later for a product you no longer want. I will not be shopping with them again. For your peace of mind, avoid them.
Bait and Switch, Poor Quality, Zero Customer Service
I've been a customer for years and have been watching quality go down and prices go up on this site for years. Prices change from what they are show in the item description to adding them to the cart and their live chat will just tell you to clear your browsing history. I'm in the process of trying to exchange a very STRONG chemical smelling jacket and I've given up, going elsewhere and cutting up my card!
