DONt USE THEM , Not sure how a car hire for six weeks runs out over 20,000 pound , we picked up a car from enterprise but some how got crossed hired to on hire at the rate of over 20,000 pound on hire win solicitors are all the same people along with marshmallow car insurance it all frauds and carely a loop in the law because my son had fully compensive insurance along with legal cover , Win solicitors called my son he didn’t contact them and they have now taken him to court for over 20,000 so don’t use on hire win solicitors or marshmallow insurance because they are all one

Sorted car twice with relative ease. I did have to reconfirm and sort car on return from hoilday after it was was previously confirmed, but I believe this wasnt onhire's fault anyways. Car sorted within a day of accident, no issues and easily contacted to sort anything else.

Excellent customer service from On Hire when my car was involved in an accident. I received a call from Bev who was so friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had before arranging the delivery of the hire car. The hire car was then delivered half an hour after ending the call. I was very impressed with the efficiency and communication of the whole process.

DO NOT USE. Winn solicitors share your details with this"sister company" and cold call you, in my case I thought it was my insurance (my first mistake). Then they make it seem like a good option in the "heat of the moment" quoting something like "we will claim all costs back from the third party insurance". Which then turns out to be obscene daily rate prices to effectively make money out of your accident and claim them off the third party insurance. my example: car damage = £2000, car hire 2 week cost = £6000. Claim off third party £8000. Now if this went to court because they refused to pay (which it nearly did) id have potentially had to pay some if not the majority back. IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY MAKE SURE THE DAILY RATE IS RELATIVE TO OTHER NORMAL CAR RENTAL COMPANIES. GOOD LUCK

After my accident, On Hire had a hire car delivered to my work within a few hours, everyone I spoke to was really helpful and made the process so easy. I was even able to drop the hire off at the airport before going on holiday and had another hire car ready for me when I got back, highly recommend.

Great service and clear communication throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has had a no fault accident.

In December 2023 my car got wrote off due to a wagon reversing into my parked car. I went straight to Winns Solicitors as my husband works for them. The process was smooth and quick. The service from the on hire company was very good. I had a hire car the next day. Although there was an issue with the hire car they got it swapped over straight away

Friendly staff, showed me around the car (MG H S) nice car. The other insurance company are still disputing the type of car that was provided almost 2 years on, so have to wait and see what happens as have read a couple of negative reviews regarding this. This was the end of February 2024

Communication was excellent and cheerful. I was kept in the loop the whole time I was waiting for my car to be repaired. They were particularly helpful when the hire car company tried to claim for a puncture that didn’t even happen!

I spoke with Tom following an accident that wasn't my fault. He efficiently arranged the recovery of my car and a replacement vehicle. I had the recovery and hire companies contacting me within the hour!

Excellent service and the staff were extremely helpful and professional. My vehicle and the hire vehicle were both picked up and dropped off right to my front door. The communication throughout the process was fantastic. I would highly recommend!
