Such an awesome experience
Joel was so patient, friendly and helpful! Very informative and polite and put me at ease throughout the whole call as well as explaining the process in a way that I would understand. The type of employee you would hope to be in contact with again if you had to follow up with anything, made my day! Absolutely 10/10! Would recommend!

Seem responsive at first, then slow & hard to contact
Ocado van ruined our car that was parked on a side street.
They left a note to contact Sopp & Sopp, who seemed responsive and helpful. An estimate was arranged the same day, although I had to upload picture to three different places and noone shared the data.
Over a week after the referred body shop submitted their estimate, no response or follow up. The Sopp customer contact number leaves you waiting on hold for hours to no response.
We had to abandon the engagement there and force a reverse claim via our own insurer.
