Very Helpful

Clem went out of his way to find me the floorboards I needed as they had been discontinued or were unavailable at the suppliers. The whole process was extremely efficient. The only negative experience I had was the actual tracking and delivery as no-one could tell me when they would be delivered and no-one notified me when they were actually being delivered. Thankfully there was a builder there to take the delivery at the time.

I would definitely use again.

Nice product at a great price.

The flooring is a great product, very happy with it. Was easy to lay and looks good.
My only issue is it’s branded differently to what I ordered and the colour is called something else and the dimensions are different to the specs on the website.

Thanks for the feedback. Glad you found the product easy to use.

Many suppliers do not allow us to show the pricing on our website as we are considered a threat to the traditional flooring retail model.

If we feel that a product represents truly great value in a category (as is the case with all of the products that fall under the 'Eclipse' ranges,) we will rebrand this on the website so it can be purchased straight from the site.

It still however comes in the supplier's boxes, and this process has been used throughout the flooring industry for many years by the bigger chains. None of them actually bring in any of their own products. They simply use products from the suppliers that are here and rebrand them using their own names.

In the case of the product dimensions, this was an error when we added the product to our website, and it was actually yourself who alerted us to it, so thank you. This has since been rectified.

Great prices and communication

Great prices and the customer support was amazing! I wasn’t sure what the best option was for my new apartment flooring and these guys provided consultation and guidance throughout the whole process. I felt a lot more confident purchasing online after discussing my options. The flooring was delivered on time which is not always common these days!

Easy shopping experience, great prices, very helpful team

My husband and I purchased some new flooring for a home we recently moved into.

We weren't sure which type (and colour) of flooring would be best suited to our house, kids and pets, so we reached out to the team at Online Flooring Store.

They were extremely helpful and offered great advice. This made the whole purchase process really straightforward. The price was a lot cheaper than two other retail stores we had visited before shopping online too.

Would highly recommend!
