The rug is absolutely beautiful, exactly the colours I wanted and great quality. I saw another review about no communication and length of time to deliver, did it come overnight, no, but when you're supporting a genuine Australian business, give them a break, they're not Temu

Ordered a week ago and still haven’t got an email to say it has been shipped. No one will answer my call or tell me what is happening with my order. When I ordered it, it was indicated on the website I would have it within 10 days and I am now a week on without it having even been shipped yet and no one will reply to my emails and calls just go to voice message. Terrible service and unrealistic timeframes provided.

Speedy delivery, easy purchasing and the rug looks exactly as pictured. Very pleased.

At my school they have the NFD Arizona Oxford Blue on Black Carpet Tiles in my classroom and I got carpet burn multiple times on it, and i recently have one on my knee that has a horrible dark red graze and is taking months to heal.

The rug looks great in our living room. Perfect for the industrial decor we have. These types of purchases on line can be a bit hit and miss but the rug is exactly as described and shown on website. Delivery was a bit slow but process was smooth and rug was in great condition when it arrived.

Have been waiting for my carpets to be cleaned & today I’ve finally put down my beautiful new rug, This is to replace the original one I had & it fits into the room so well & looks amazing.

Easy to order & complete payment. Had to chase up my order & once I did delivery came quickly. Love the 2 rugs. 1 of the rugs flattened out well, the round one has ripples & finding it hard to flatten & as I’m older at present it’s a tripping hazard. I would buy from The Flooring Guys again

Homage Grey Transitional rug. Sceptical about buying a rug online, but it is great. Picture is a great representation of colour. Very soft underfoot. Door to door delivery. Very pleased.

Ben and the team at the Flooring Guys did a great job on my laminate floor. No issues with the quality of the work and great communication from Ben.

I brought 220metres of laminate flooring from Tom Slacks Creek to be done in 2 stages. First stage done. I am now looking to do 2nd stage and Tom does not return phone calls or texts. Mailbox is full. Finally got back to me via text promising to send email with date and price. That was 2 weeks ago. I dont know how you can stay in business when you dont return calls and are uncontactable. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional.
