Would've been one star but I need to…
Would've been one star but I need to shoulder some blame. Have a Specialized bike in that needed touched up. Jumped online and saw these folk were authorised specialized paint suppliers.
Didn't have a great selection of colours so got the online swatches up and matched colours against frame. Found one that matched,'Blaze' so ordered that
It arrived promptly but was a completely different shade to the bike and the online swatch. Got in contact and was told I shouldn't go by the online swatch colours, why have them there then. As it turns out the frame is a different colour going by serial number so this is where I take some blame but again it matches the online swatch
However I have now matched the paint against a mates Specialized Venge that is 'blaze' and again the supplied paint is a different shade so it's useless and OPS taking zero responsibility as it's been opened, dunno how you're meant to test without opening but defo a bit shady on their part and no financial recourse £24 down drain

To address your points, the page you ordered the touch up paint from clearly states the following: ‘Please note, colours shown may not truly reflect the true colour of the paint and are used as a representation only. It is best to use the colour name, if you are unsure, please use the specialized website as above or contact our sales office.’ This not only goes for our website, but this also goes for any website depicting colour, as the variation of displays makes it nigh on impossible to truly reflect colours accurately to all.
Further to this we also provide a link to the Specialized Bikes website and suggest this is reviewed before ordering, so you can double check the colour of your bike and order the correct shade.
The match on the Blaze colourway is approved by Specialized, as are all of the shades on the site, I have double checked our QC retain here from the colour produced for you and it matches the Blaze standard very well; we have sold over one hundred touch ups of this specific colourway with minimal complaint on the shade thus far. We must also consider we are providing a touch up product and they are unlikely to match in every single instance due to factors such as the bikes age, condition, how much use its had; touch up products are never going to achieve a factory finish.
In regard to financial recourse, our returns policy and T & C’s clearly state colours mixed specifically for an order (which this is) are non-returnable and non-refundable; also products that have been used are non-returnable and non-refundable, you have accepted and agreed to these T & C’s, upon placing the order. As a business we operate honestly and morally and have done so since our inception over 18 years ago – we do not and have never operated in a ‘shady’ manner, this is a defamatory statement and wholly untrue.
Upon review of your comments and following an internal review of our site and our processes, in this instance I’m not sure what more we can do as a business to ensure the correct colour is ordered, the page provides ample information for you to make an informed decision, and we are always at the end of the phone/email/live chat if further assistance is needed. I don’t believe you have taken advantage of the various resources we have made available, so ultimately the responsibility to order the correct colour falls to you. Ordered some specialized "cool grey 2…
Ordered some specialized "cool grey 2 layer" paint for my bike to touch up some paintwork damage. Double checked it was right colour. Quick delivery but the colour is not a good match, it is visible where its been touched up from a mile off as the shade is definitely a different shade to what it should be. A bit disappointed

My first time buying from OPS and I have to say I’m very impressed, prices are fantastic, shipping times are phenomenally quick and their products are made to a high standard or carefully chosen from another vendor.
I think for 5 stars maybe more information could be included on each product sold, some products, such as the 2K epoxy primer, is made by a German company and is a very high quality item with one detail that should be included in my opinion, and that is it cannot be used on thermoplastics (such as ABS), I unfortunately needed it for ABS so will have to use it for different project. It could be my fault, I could have emailed beforehand to make sure it was good for my project.
But all in all a good experience and am happy with the other paints I have received (packing, shipping and price wise). I have yet to use the 2K paints but I’m sure they will be fine.

Good match and fast delivery.
Fast delivery and the paint colour matches the one on my bike frame.
Could have done with a smaller quantity as I've only needed a touch up. The minimum quantity available would possibly allow one to do a whole bike frame.

We do stock and tint the vast majority of our product offering physically here in our warehouse. However, we do utilise carefully selected suppliers who provide ‘drop shipping’ on certain product lines, this ensures we can provide a good range of products, at competitive pricing. Drop shipping is very common in our industry, and in comparison to some of our competitors, we stock a relatively large percentage of products. Unfortunately in this instance we couldn’t meet our usually high standards when it comes to efficiency and customer service, so please accept out apologies once again.

fast but not 100% happy
amazing dispatch and delivery time, items were with us within 24 hours.
However withing 3 days of buying the paint one of the pots have leaked due to a faulty fitting cap.
I reached out to them and they replied staright away but the result was an apology and "thanks for the feedback". Gee thanks guys i kinda needed a relpacement pot of paint thats now everywhere other than the pot its supposed to be.

Delivery issues
Phoned to check if the powder was in stock & was told it was & if I ordered before 1pm it would be with me next working day. So ordered it online at 11am on the Thursday as I needed it for the weekend. So Friday no delivery, Saturday no delivery & spoke to them on Monday after the weekend only to be told it not even been shipped yet. This is my first order and probably my last as I told my customer that yes they had it in stock so I'll have it on the Friday & the wheels will be ready to collect on Monday. Now they won't be ready till Wednesday assuming the powder does arrive on the Tuesday
