I called to see where my order was and the gentleman who answered the phone was so helpful and efficient and I received my order a few days after my call.

Works great
Works great, have had up to 9 poles in the bag. Only complaint is that we thought it would fit a 6” corrugated tube (which is what we have) but it only fits a 4” corrugated tube. We have the bag that fits up to 13’2” poles.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Called before ordering and they were super helpful. Item was damaged during shipping and they sent a replacement very quickly. Great company and great service.

Delay in receiving ordered item.
There was a 1- month delay and several phone calls until I received my item. When I talked to the owner, he apologized for the delay. The problem was with their supplier. He found the needed item in their inventory and sent it promptly. I appreciated his concern over the delay and resolving the problem.

There wasn`t any indication that the design of the product is changed ( i speak more in this case about the diameter of the ball). As a supplier of professional equipment bought mainly by professionals, it is highly important to present product parameters that are essential to each type of product. Something that others suppliers do on a daily basis.
