On Track & Field, Inc. Avis

There was a 1- month delay and several phone calls until I received my item. When I talked to the owner, he apologized for the delay. The problem was with their supplier. He found the needed item in their inventory and sent it promptly. I appreciated his concern over the delay and resolving the problem.

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROMPT DELIVERY.

The spikes arrived faster than expected and the customer service to get them to me was excellent!

I love the fact that you specify the diameter of shots. It eliminated the guesswork you find at other sites.

There wasn`t any indication that the design of the product is changed ( i speak more in this case about the diameter of the ball). As a supplier of professional equipment bought mainly by professionals, it is highly important to present product parameters that are essential to each type of product. Something that others suppliers do on a daily basis.

The great and personal customer service we have received on both orders we have placed and will come back again.

Super awesome service I called during their business hours to confirm that the items were available and the representative was super friendly and helpful. I like the pricing of the item and the shipping was super fast.

I received my shot in a timely fashion, and it is the right one. Excellent quality!

I still have not received my order. There has been no update!

The 128mm 4KG, 5KG, and 6KG shot puts carried by On Track & Field, Inc. are developing a cult following among Masters Level shot putters. The reason is due to their scarcity. I participate as a shot putter at 15-20 Senior Olympic meets sponsored by the USATF, National Senior Games, State Games of America, and locally sponsored meets. At almost all of the meets I am the only athlete with the 128mm shot. Simple physics prove that more force can be generated when pushing against a larger surface area with the mass of the object constant. Bottom line, they give a verifiable increase in distances thrown.

Great custumor service and all around very nice

Smooth transaction all the way until I received the delivery

The interaction was amazing and I felt they truly went out of their way to deliver what I needed and in time for my athletes to compete. Thank you so much for all you have done. I hope to continue to do business with you in preparation for next season. I will need more poles. LOL Coach Albert

Quick service

Wanted something distinct and found it here. Price was on point and shipping was easy to track. A 5 star merchant for sure!

Lacking customer service. Had to call several times after being told they would call me "right back" or "tomorrow". I would have to call and follow up on the error with my order on numerous occasions.

Five stars thank you
