Phil the agent made the booking process very easy, even after we amended our cabin a few times, he did his best to accommodate.... so far in very impressed with the service and the price from Onyx....... Voir plus

Fab staff
Mark was fab ...he was able to recommend dates , sorted cabins for us. This is a lifetime experience for us so his valuable insight was much appreciated and enabled us to book something eyes wide open

Stay/Cruise Japan
I have booked a Stay/Cruise holiday to Japan. I have been really impressed with the customer service so far. I spoke with Mark who was very helpful and professional with organising my trip and answering all my questions, nothing was too much bother as I had to phone him a few times. Excellent Customer Service
My review is based on the booking experience only as the cruise is not until early next Summer. Phil was a fantastic advisor and worked hard to understand my needs regarding a departure airport close to my home. I was not able to accept the first cruise I was interested in as the airport was not suitable. Phil took it upon himself to find me another option which turned out to be ideal. He answered all of my questions promptly and we had a chat about finding the right balcony cabin too. Everything was transparent and even after agreeing the package and paying my deposit he found a higher grade hotel for the start of our holiday and offered to upgrade us at no extra cost which I accepted. Based on what I’ve experienced so far I would definitely use Onyx Cruising again.

Who loves the Baltic? We do.
Although the holiday is a year off, progress has been satisfactory.One or two items still require completion but Mark our agent has been most obliging and sympathetic. The itinerary looks fabulous and we look forward to a good outcome for the whole experience.
