Great experience whilst booking a cruise
Phoned up after seeing a great deal on Facebook.
Mark was the representative that we spoke to, he took our details and took time to make sure all were correct.
We were told all about the cruise as well as all the extras included - Mark was very attentive and made us feel like a valued customer, even though it was the first time we had used Onxy cruises.

Customer agent helped me book the cruise and cabin I wanted
The agent was helpful with the cruise I was looking at, as well as securing a specific cabin for a good price.
They also rang me back at the agreed time to give me time to consider the options, so I was ready to complete buying the holiday.

Mark our customer service travel agent was excellent, he advised us on options that were available on this holiday with both stays in. Bali and Sydney Australia both before and after our holiday, now lets hope all proceeds as planned.

Fantastic service from Mark
The quick response from Mark was great. I sent him loads of emails with different questions and he replied straight away. Cruising is fairly new to me so I had lots of questions on the phone too and Mark was very patient and nothing was too much trouble.
