Would definitely recommend for your tyre needs

DELIVERY TIME OVER A WEEK
Purchased 4 tyres, these were suposed to be delivered in 2 working days. After two working days i received an email, saying there's a delay with my order, and asking if it's ok to wait till next week(5-6 days).
This is not exactly what you expect, when you buy with 2 working days delivery promise. Therefore i wouldn't recommend buying from them if you are time sensitive. It's not the first time i am experiencing delays or issues with them, so think twice before you buy.
They are also using cheap couriers - apc. They are also awful in every possible way, you have to be home so that your tyres would be delivered, they only do Mon - Fri and usualy mornings, which makes things very hard. You can even encounter difficulties if you decide to collect from depot yourself.
I was told i will get my money back for the last purchase, we'll see how fast that happens. Fortunately i've bought using a credit card, so there won't be problems getting my money back with the help of the bank if necessary.
TO PUT IT SHORT - DON'T BUY, THEY ARE UNRELIABLE!!!

I purchased motorcycle tyres from Oponeo and they will be my new default!
I used Oponeo for the first time when looking for mail order motorcycle tyres. I found their website easy to use and their prices very competitive.
The tyres arrived two days later.
I will definitely use Oponeo again for tyres and now explore what else they have to offer.

this company does exactly what it says…
this company does exactly what it says on the tin, I ordered some new tyres for my car and saved at least £175 for a set of four, they say 2 working days delivery which was exactly right , the courier was polite and the tyres were manufactured in September of 2025 so no problems with em being years old, if I can say 1 thing that did get me thinking i'd been conned was that I didn't recieve any tracking details until I phoned em up to see why not, I did read some very bad reviews about this company so before I placed an order i called around some of my freinds who use em for their business and the results were positive.
thank you oponeo, I know where tom go for next time my own car or my wife's car needs tyres.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Abrupt language, refused distance selling refund requirements, by placing onus on me to mitigate refund costs. Refund wasn't even requested. provided incorrect information about car and wheel fitment. Couldn't supply the wheels after all. Heard nothing from them again, despite my emailing.

In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to withdraw from a contract in situations where a product is no longer available in stock. Unfortunately, this was the case with your order. As soon as we were informed about the stock issue, we processed a full refund to your original payment method.
To clarify, the refund was issued proactively from our side due to the product unavailability — it was not dependent on any action required from you. We did not request that you mitigate any refund costs however we informed you to expect such refund.
We regret that the wheels could not ultimately be supplied and understand this may have been frustrating. However, once the refund was processed, the transaction was considered closed.
Regarding communication, we responded based on the information available to us at the time. If any message was missed, this was certainly not intentional.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service.

Very poor experience 3 weeks no tyres yet.
Ordered 5 tyres worth more than £1000. Expecting them to be delivered in a couple of days, Waited 2 weeks only for them to be delivered to a random address 600 miles away in the Highlands of Scotland. 3 weeks have now passed and still no sign of the tyres just vague email saying they are putting in a claim. At this point im not even sure if this is a genuine company or a scam.

According to the courier’s tracking information, the tyres were unfortunately delivered to an incorrect address by the courier company. An official investigation has been opened with DPD to determine how this error occurred and to resolve the matter.
Please note that we have up to 30 days to complete their investigation and provide a formal response. However, despite the ongoing investigation, we have already processed a full refund for your order today. The funds should be visible in your account shortly, depending on your bank’s processing times.
We fully understand how disappointing this experience has been, especially given the value of your order, and we want to assure you that we are a legitimate company and take such matters very seriously. This situation resulted from a courier delivery error, which is currently being formally investigated.
