OPTIMA FREIGHT LLC Avis 21

This company has good freight but our invoices are over a year old and their surety bond has claims above their dollar limit.

This company owes us about $7700 dollars for some container loads that were to be stored in our yard until the customer would accept the load. We have not received payment for these loads. Optima does not answer the phones. We reached out to the receiver directly and they have sent the documentation for payment of these loads to Optima Freight. Websites still up but no way of reaching them.

stay away from this company. They will not pay you.

Then tried to get paid and she never answered. Then once I told her I was sending the bill to the receiver she emailed and said she no longer works there and told me to call Visakh
(307) 456-1512 who doesn't answer the phone either they multiple addresses and phone numbers some don't work and others don't answer. Best advice is to send receivers to collections or put a lien on their business and someone will pay the bill.

They will not pay you period. Excuses after excuses. About to go bankrupt soon. Save your money and do not give them any business!

We serviced a load for these guys booked with Kylo and Manjit. They stated they offer quickpay at delivery or payment will be made in 30days. Communcation was great at the time of the pick up and service was delivered as per there last year in October and since then they stopped answering calls and stopped responding to our emails. Payment is still not received please avoid working with these guys at all cost and we will be reporting them to TIA watchdog.

THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. THEY STATE THEY THEY OFFER QUICK PAY. COMMUNICATION IS GREAT IN THE BEGINNING AND DURING THE SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY. AFTERWARDS WHEN YOU INVOICE AND WAIT 24 HOURS FOR QUICK PAY- THEY DO NOT PAY YOU ! THE EMAILS GET NO RESPONSE. THEY STOP RESPONDING TO PHONE CALLS AND VOICEMAILS. YOU CAN CALL THEM UNTIL YOU ARE ALL COLORS OF THE RAINBOW, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER. NUMBERS FOR THE "COMPANY" DO NOT GO THROUGH. BUT THEY WILL SEND YOU QUOTE REQUEST . I WILL NEEEEEVERRRRR WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AGAIN. ITS PEOPLE LIKE THEM THAT MAKE IT HARD TO TRUST NEW COMPANIES TO HAUL FOR. I FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE ELSE IN THE SAME BOAT AS I AM IN RIGHT NOW. THE EXCUSES, BLAMING CREDIT ON THE OPPOSING COMPANY. LIKE NO. PAY WHAT YOU OWE TO THE CARRIERS. !! IF ANY ONE GETS A CALL OR QUOTE FROM ANYONE IN THIS COMPANY - RUN ! ABORT MISSION. ASAP.

Very responsive company, until a problem comes. It could have been a one off incident, but we didn't have the best experience with this company. I would not work with them again, promised load didn't get picked up with ample amount of time.

Really bad service, not picking up the phone calls and at the last movement they cancel the shipment.

Very baad service at the last moment they back out with the disastur excuse disaster.

Shipment confirmed 10 days prior the pick up and at the end whne the freight was supposed to be picked up they backed out due to which wharehouse charge us for cancelling the load.
