Options For Your Tomorrow Avis 

I've been trying to get hold of options for over a month now, no one answers the phone or replies to the emails/message forms via their website. I've been paying 100's into this pensions (unfortunately) as this is the provider my employee pays into. I've managed to go through today! (finally) explained to the call taker that my password and email address are not recognised on the portal, she sent me a a new password and user names, but still no luck signing in. Back in the queue for over an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone.

He was really understanding and extremely knowledgeable and patient in dealing with my numerous queries regarding uploading information. His help saved me a great deal of time and got me back on track. Emails were responded to very quickly and in turn saved me a lot of stress.

The web site take ages and I have tried to access from different computers. Every time the same issue. The customer service is absent.

I've emailed loads of times and no reply I had a work place pension with them which I've opted out in the end I've asked for documents which I've never received anything from the time I started paying in I need documents as I want to transfer my funds to a better provider

I would like to say that this company is 100% diabolical I've been trying to withdraw my pension since May this year and still not received my pension yet all they keep on saying is 14 days 14 days 14 days

Well, what more can I say about Options, that I haven't said before. At long last my work place pension has finally been transfered into Nest.

It has only taken round about 8 months for the above to happen. In this time I have sent numerous e mails that have gone unanswered. Spent, I don't know how many hours on the telephone, awaiting incompetent customer service to answer my call. On some ocassions my call was never answered at all. Options in my view hold the record in my experience of taking the longest to answer calls. This is my third and I am so happy to say my final review. Thank God for that. When you consider, Options have a 59% one star satisfaction rating. That says everything in its self. If, I was the MD for example, I would besides myself with angst and worry. Thinking, how can this many People have such a low and poor rating.

Of course. Christine Hallet can't think this way. That is because' she is totally out of touch with many of the customers that have recievd poor, shoddy and an amazing low satisfaction level. She must always be taking the pleasure and life style of her very large big fat cat salary.

All I can say is this. I will never have to deal with such a rubbish work place pension provider ever again. If I was you out there, I wouldn't ethier. Compete waste of your energy and time. I would definitely chose another penson provider.

Our SIPP has been managed by Claire and Rob for 10 years now, and we have always received an excellent service. Recently, they have provided a highly professional and effective service during the renewal of our lease that is held by our SIPP. All questions and advice were given in a timely and personable manner, and all emails were dealt with immediately. I cannot comment on phone calls, as all correspondence has efficiently been managed via email.

Dreadful company - don't reply to emails & a nightmare to get through to on the phone & when you get through, don't do what they say they are going to do - trying to transfer a pension pot ...although I suspect I will be retired...or possibly dead before this lot get their finger out

Completely incompetent company, took £7000 out my pension, without reason, most payments were late, some over a year late, and they have no clue. Just avaiod like the plague.. If like me an Umbrella company want you to use them, go to another umbrella company

I have trying to transfer my workplace pension to my Hargreaves Lansdown SIPP since January 2023. They never answer the Workplace pension phone number and only reply to the odd email that promises action but nothing happens. I was hopeful last week when HL said they had contacted them saying the funds were being transferred but then there was an admin error and the money did not arrive. Is this company financially stable?

Options are the scheme administrators on a SSAS that I act as financial advisor for - Jessica Tavilla at Options has been extremely professional and enormously helpful in all her dealings with myself and the member trustees

They refuse to transfer my pension fund to a new provider. I've been waiting months to get a reply to simple emails and then saying they're missing information I've been sent a copy of...

They are clearly in a mess and no signs of improving and I would avoid them as I don't feel my money would be safe with them.

i had to wait months for funds to be applied to my account. I asked whether there was any loss of earning to this and never got a reply....

Options set up a SIPP administration account for me very quickly and efficiently. Their team is knowledgeable, professional and very responsive. I can now invest my pension assets via Interactive Brokers’ platform, which is very cost effective and easy to use. Options and IB together provide all you need to self-invest professionally and very cost effectively. The Options annual admin fee is very low indeed and the trading commissions charged by IB are extremely low. Options and IB make a great team, which I would recommend to UK residents and expats alike (I am an expat).

Options Pensions UK worked very hard to make my pension transfer happen. I was delighted. I now have one SiPP administrator (optionspensions) but two IG Sipp accounts - one I manage and one that is a 'Smart' Sipp. On the face of it, this is the perfect combination. I have just transferred monies between the two accounts, and everything seems to have worked fine.
I suspect IG are awaiting my go ahead to start investing via the Smart Sipp, which is in accordance with my instructions.
It is everything I hoped for.

This company is nothing but a legitimized embezzlement scam to keep hold of peoples money. I've been trying to move my money out for a year now. I email them, they reply several weeks later asking me AGAIN and AGAIN to confirm my national insurance number because the one they have does not match. I have supplied it in bold block capitals size 24 and again they still claim to have the incorrect one. Furthermore, the reply emails I send (at least try to), do not send, it just says sending and does not send. There is nothing wrong with my email or internet connection - as I’ve sent others at the same time and they have sent no problem. Additionally, taking several weeks to get through to them on the phone to a person with an extreme language barrier to spoken English; where again no progress in transferring out is any further forward. There has been no issues whatsoever transferring out of any other of my previous pension providers and I had no issue with any of their values; unlike Options measly £350 (which they still have hold of, contributing in earning them considerable interest) after paying-in for over 9 months in from a £42,000 a year salary. My advice is: Do not enrol in Options Pensions.

I am requesting a transfer to PensionBee and it's taken 4 months to get a reply from Options. Most other pension schemes go into PensionBee automatically, but I've been sent a 7 page form it fill out in order to transfer my Options pension.

Such a waste of time and the questions are confusing. so I can see this transfer taking a silly amount of time.

I have issues with this company in getting them to respond to emails and general queries. They are always very polite and apologetic in phone conversations but very apathetic from an administrative perspective. However, I did finally receive some very good service from Noma lbizugbe, a Pension Administrator in early May. He kept me informed about my ongoing issue and deserves a mention on his care and concern to get my query resolved as soon as possible.
