On site engineer was very good.

Tyler came and fitted my full fibre broadband explained everything to me left everything tidy,went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you. Would give 5 stars but find the tech team at times unreliable depending who get.

Chris and Andy

Chris and Andy were very nice guys, solved the issues with internet. Everything is up and running. They've done speed checks in the whole property to make sure everything is covered. They also fitted the box with cables which was just hanging to make sure it's safe - weren't asked but noticed.

Chris and Seb did a great job installing my broadband. Friendly, professional, and made sure everything was up and running perfectly before they left. Really appreciate their efficiency and clear communication—excellent service all around.

STAY CLEAR OF THEM - FAILED CABLE 4 TIMES

Very poor service, had fibre installed, third time by this company. How you may ask. First time engineer installed the equipment no power signal. That was a damaged cable not a problem. Second time new cable installed the engineer installed it and it worked for a full week. Called them said the cable had failed again? So had to wait for a new cable and it be reinstalled by an engineer. Come back today no Internet.

This company is a complete joke, thought it was opus broadband. Then a 6g Internet van did one of the installs. Found out the company is a massive scam.

They have poorly speaking technical support that are overseas and don't know anything about what they are providing tech support on.

STAY CLEAR OF THEM - GOOD LUCK IF YOUR PLANNING ON SIGNING UP.

Connor installed the Internet quickly and efficiently with no problems. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly with a friendly professional attitude. Opus did a great job when I was let down by Sky, BT, Talk Talk and Vodafone.

Made an effort to find me a solution

Made an effort to find me a solution in an area that dosent have many options. Ended up with great speeds cheaper than everyone else. Tyler who came to do the install was very pleasant, even turned up 10mins early and did a neat job, tested speeds in each room and cleaned up. Super satisfied.

The man who came was very helpful and…

The man who came was very helpful and very tidy . Explained it all and it was so simple do. I would truly recommend them to anyone. No fuss just straight forward and not loads of wires too.

Ex BT, now Opus :)

I was a BT (now EE) customer, but my wifi was always lagging. Not good for someone who works from home. I got Opus because a friend of mine said they are good, and that they are indeed. So far I haven't had any issues. Also, the guy who came to install Opus was friendly and got the job done quickly.

Brilliant installation service

Opus broadband thank you is not enough to send Michael came this morning at 8.05 and explain everything what I need to know, gave some advice for better connections upstairs and sorted everything for us.
Clean and jobs done inside and outside as well.

Internet down within weeks of install, no help for days!

Installed about 1 month ago, took business broadband for the speed and service as we have clients at the property needing good speed internet for work and it is already down. Customer service were absolutely useless. No attempt to send an engineer despite being down the road, now after chasing and being on the call going round in circles for half an hour and numerous calls it will be more than 4 days before anyone can go out! That’s almost a week that we are paying for high speed internet which doesn’t work. I’ll cancel as soon as possible and advise people not to use.
