After a year of issues with our internet and countless phone calls and emails with them directly we was finally sent an engineer “scotty” wow! He was great he answered each and every question we had explained thoroughly what the issues were and finally managed to get us back up and running! Hats off to the guy he was fab!

Inconsistent speeds
The installation was good , fairly straightforward, price is reasonable, my biggest issue is constant problems with internet speed, I’m paying for 250mps but the majority of the time it barely limps over 100mps , often dropping as low as 0.5 mps . This is incredibly frustrating especially when on video call meetings .
To try and call someone I had to hunt down a number , then upon calling was on hold for 46 min !
