Very impressed with the quality and indeed the size of the tree purchased. My past experience with other companies is that the plant barely reaches the minimum size advertised. This exceeded and looks really healthy.

Lovely trees
I’ve recently bought 4 trees from Ornamental Trees and I’m not disappointed. I bought well matured trees in order to make a statement in a new garden, 3 different Hamamelis (20 litre pots) and a Viburnum 1/2 standard bush (15 litre pot). All specimens were/are in beautiful condition. Delivery was within the time-frame stated on purchase and the delivery driver was super helpful given that he had to park away from the house and then walk down a (small)lane with big trees on a pallet. He even had to manoeuvre around builders and their vehicles, but it was all done with good grace and a smile. Thank you! I would not hesitate to recommend this business.

Beautiful trees
My request was very well handled by a nice gentleman. My only regret was the length of time it took to arrive. However the bush is beautiful and came well packaged. Would certainly use them again.

Thank you for your review. We are unable to locate any communication from you regarding this issue, so unfortunately our team have not had the opportunity to resolve this for you.
Rootgrow is placed underneath the black plastic bag around the pot, as this is the most secure way to send it with the tree. We are unsure whether this was checked before the review was posted, but occasionally, despite our procedures, items can be missed or not be as expected, and we do apologise for this.
Had you contacted our team, we would have been more than happy to send a replacement bag straight out to you or arrange a refund for the item. Our team are always happy to help resolve any issues and we would have welcomed the opportunity to put this right for you.
Good product
A great tree bush. The packaging was slightly damaged, and a few small branches had snapped, but I guess transporting trees isn’t easy and I’d taken advantage of their free delivery offer so can’t complain! I’ve just got to keep it alive now…
