Amazing customer service, placed my order online and was unaware I needed to renew my prescription. The team contacted me to assist with sorting this out. They were very quick to fill my order and received them in the post quickly. Very happy with my experience.

I got the wrong sunglass frames as they ended up being too loose on my face, and they happily got me the ones that thankfully do not slip down my nose. I returned the first pair without a hitch. My mum picked them up, no dramas. I am very thankful I didnt have to pay anything extra and that they were so accommodating in letting me keep the first pair until I got the others. The staff at Oscar Wylee Marion are very accomodating. I treid to use multi-vision lenses, but it turns ot they weren't for me. On three ocassions, the staff tried to make corrections to suit me needs, until I decided to go for single vision. The staff took time to listen to my concerns and help me through the process. I woould certainly recommend them.

Oscar Wylee brand new store at Mitchelton led by Casey has been a great buying experience. They were courteous and patient and understood my particular needs when looking for glasses to assist me.

I had trouble with rubbing across the bridge of my nose. I went back a couple of times and the staff made adjustments to them, but that didn’t solve the problem. Long story short Jacob at the highpoint west store was fantastic. He was happy and to change the frames at no extra charge to me. Now I am very happy with my glasses. Thank you very much again Jacob.

The staff at Oscar Wylee in Shepparton marketplace were great to me when I went to see them for a new pair of prescription glasses. They showed me what styles they had and what would look good for my facial features. They were very professional in how they treated me and my family. Everyone in-store was super friendly and helpful, and you can't beat the prices. 2 pairs arrived by mail within less than 2 weeks and I live 3 hrs outside of Halifax! So easy.

There is no OW service location where we live, but they seem to be everywhere on the Sunshine Coast. We have stopped in to order a new pair of glasses on every visit to Australia! First I was being given an appointment according to my own schedule within their working days here in Shepperton Central Victoria,and also given me the right to cancel the appointment to a later date.
They also do eye exam and checking in the right time stated in the appointment.
They do double eye exam and checking in different time on appointments with prescriptions and right offered recommendation of eye lenses.
Staffs are qualified and very caring,they also refer patients to eye surgery doctors if their eyes need surgery and treatments.
