Ordered a pallet delivery, no call, no pickup, no answer.

Ordered a pallet delivery, easy enough on their site. Left a note to call pre delivery which I think is pretty standard. I even emailed and requested it 8am the day of, got acknowledgement of that via email and at 4pm I tracked the delivery. The delivery said failed with 5:15pm as the time. I’ve now been on hold 39 minutes, the first 20 it just hung up and I’m waiting again. Based on my experience I would avoid this company.

On time.

Although we had a little difficulty tracking the item it arrived on time and in good condition. Delivery driver was very helpful.

Scotland -> Essex

I had problems finding an affordable solution to move 2 large wooden crates 125x125x232cm from Girvan, Scotland to Wickford in Essex - loading Wednesday delivering Friday same week to meet an international departure to Sweden. I booked it as premium at a very resonable price compared to other offers I received from other logistics companies. Loaded at site in Girvan, Scotland at 16.10 Wednesday 22 oct and it was delivered 08.54 24 oct in Wickford, Essex. I asked for a POD and received it 10 minutes later.

Sounds like I am paid to give this review, but I am not. :)

No communication poorly delivered

The only time I knew that the pallet of bespoke tables had been delivered was when I checked the tracker on their website. Between the time it had been delivered and the time I checked we had, had a heavy down poor of rain which has destroyed the tables. Alongside this was it left next to bins and not covered at all allowing the elements to get to the bespoke tables. No communication at all has rendered these tables which take three weeks to build useless. My bar and restaurant open in 8 days and are now without tables due to this.

P4D failed to collect and LIED to me

P4D failed to collect the day they said they would, emailing to say the driver was on site and then following up to say the driver had left after half an hour. However, I was stood in the car park of the large storage unit the entire time, on hold to their phone line that NEVER gets answered - literally 42 mins on hold then it hangs up, 3 different times.

I eventually received a call back in which they admitted that the driver had lied and they would be taking it up with the driver. Eventually it was collected on a different day, but again, hour later than told. Driver only contacted at the time of arrival not in advance as promised.

As previously stated the customer support is non existent, the phone is never answered, and the response on email is patchy and not helpful in the slightest. I will certainly be returning to my usual supplier and would recommend you avoid at all costs.

WORST COMPANY EVER!
No customer service at all — in fact, it feels like customer service is something they deliberately avoid. They treat customer interaction as a negative thing. Everything is automated and when something goes wrong (which it will, especially if you’re running a business), they absolutely do not want to know.

Need to cancel a booking? Change an address? Give your customer an update? Rearrange collection or delivery? Forget it — you’ll be smashing your head against a wall because they simply will not deal with you.

On top of that, they clearly don’t care about the goods you send. High chance they’ll break your stuff in transit. Don’t even think about getting insurance — they’ll make your life hell if you try to claim. I’ve sent out properly packed electric ovens, and they still managed to break at least 3–4 of them.

It’s unbelievable a company like this is still running in 2025. Absolute joke of a business. They’ll probably reply to this review with some scripted rubbish — please don’t believe a word of it.

🚫 Stay away. Don’t be fooled by the cheaper prices. Worst experience ever.

Absolutely horrific company to deal…

Absolutely horrific company to deal with, paid a higher amount for a parcel to be delivered on a set day, did not arrive on the day it stated, tracking is more or less non existent there is no real time tracking, will tell you it's out for delivery but doesn't mean you will get it that day or that it's even in the same part of the UK for that matter. It is very unclear. No point phoning customer service as is rings with no answer for 20 mins then cuts you off. Will not give you any sort of refund or compensation for late delivery or poor communication.
Just avoid, they are so unreliable and expensive for the poor service

Sent a pallet with an engine on the…

Sent a pallet with an engine on the pallet arrived to the customer engine upside down smashed to bits. And they refused to make a claim as it dropped some oil. Not surprised with it being upside down.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take all customer feedback seriously and have thoroughly investigated this delivery.

Our records show this Ford engine was collected and delivered via The Pallet Network on 8th August 2025. The delivery note confirms the consignment was signed for as "Received in Good Condition" by the recipient at 12:39.

Unfortunately, our investigation reveals several critical breaches of our published Terms & Conditions:

1. Oil contamination - Our T&Cs clearly state engines must be completely drained and oil-free before collection. The images you have supplied show significant oil spillage, which automatically voids insurance coverage.
2. Inadequate securing - The engine was insufficiently secured to the pallet, failing to meet our packaging requirements for safe transit.
3. Accepted delivery - The recipient signed confirming goods arrived in good condition, which prevents retrospective damage claims under our standard terms.
4.
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions (available on our website), we cannot process claims for improperly prepared shipments, particularly those containing prohibited substances like oil. These requirements exist to ensure safe transport and protect all parties.

We always recommend customers review our shipping guidelines before booking to avoid such issues.
