You outsourced our delivery and gave them the wrong address. We had to go and pick the item up as it was never rectified and we got the parcel two weeks late. I will never use you again. This was unac... Voir plus

PACK & SEND Darwin are amazing
Super nice and very helpful. I contacted them in the afternoon and Sarah went above and beyond to make sure my package was collected that same day and delivered to me in Sydney as quickly as possible.
I wouldn't recommend leaving your phone in Darwin airport when transiting from London, but if you do you can trust these guys to get it back to you as fast as possible :)

Extremely price and service efficient compared to other forms of sending parcels of any size. Highly recommended from my experience. Self sending was cheapest and easy to do.

Fast and Convenient!
It was so easy to process the shipment online and extremely convenient if you can’t get to a Pack and Send office. The instructions are straight forward and the whole process was very easy. Items were delivered within 4 business days (interstate shipment) which was brilliant. Will be using Pack and Send again!

Fast and Efficient
I used the self serve on line facility . It’s easy to use and the calculator was a great assistance in determining the right size container to use.
I couldn’t believe how quickly the parcel arrived in Melbourne .

Good easy service
Good easy service however was frustrating not being able to put the entire address in as it only allowed for 35 letters i think. Would also be nice to get more help over the phone when my parcel was held up at customs oversees, but because i booked it online, i wasnt able to gey much help on the phone with extra information. Otherwise good.
