Upon receipt of our (two) dog collars I realised I'd oversized the order so hastily returned both for replacement. There was a temporary glitch with the phone number listed and my email wasn't replied to so I began thinking the worse in terms of whether I'd be able to make the replacement happen! I was however quickly called back and reassured by Mel in customer services who was really professional and assuring. We had a laugh about my escalating paranoia and that was that. The collars are superior quality and design and I don't think we'll look anywhere else. We're only in the market at all because my partners dad somehow mislaid the original one!

Personalisation print is shockingly bad - letters are all in capitals and printed unevenly spoiling the belt.

Large dog size collar barely big enough for a slim Labrador.

This is my second belt from Pampeano. Amazing quality product, only slight disappointment is the lead time from order to delivery but its worth the wait.

I ordered a 38inch belt. The actual length received was 41inches at the smallest hole. To get a replacement pampeano wanted £20 and for me to pay for return shipping.

I was given excellent customer service from Pampeano, especially from Jasmine. The products were delivered very quickly and I was impressed with the quality.

I purchased some boots for my wife's birthday and they arrived the week before the day. She tried on the boots a few days after her birthday and unfortunately they didn't fit. By the time i came to return the boots i was at day 14 from the purchase period. I contacted the company asking whether i could return the boots for a refund (they would arrive the day after the 14 days from purchase date), they stated i would not be entitled to a full refund but only for store credit.

I think exercising some reason and common sense would have been more appropriate as the boots would have returned only a day out of the period (and within 14 days from them arriving to me). Would not use again.

There was a great deal on a belt & tote bag so I decided to treat myself. I am delighted with the quality of both items & the speed of delivery. The items were beautifully packaged in lovely boxes which made receiving them even more special. The bag is a great size, shape & colour & the belt is gorgeous.

Good quality and love the design however not happy with the sizing. I thought of getting a M dog collar but looking at the measurements provided it suggested going for a S - which is now too small.

High quality products and the staff are very helpful, I dealt with Ailish with regards to returning for a different size and I could not fault her service, would definitely recommend!

I ordered a cosmetic bag for my mum for mother's day, the service was excellent- I messaged on Instagram to ask a few questions and they got back to me straight away with advice. The bag came very quickly in the post and was exactly as described! The cosmetic bag was lovely and I cant at all fault it. Lovely products and a happy customer! Will definitely buy again!

The overall quality of the products are good, I would recommend to somebody (and I have).

I would not deal with Pampeano directly however, I would purchase from another retailer.

The first belt I ordered from their website came and the metalwork was tarnished, they agreed this was not correct and swiftly replaced the item after returning.

The replacement came and was not what I had originally ordered, I tried to rectify this but the customer service representative I was dealing with had gone on annual leave and had not done a proper handover of her open cases, resulting in a long delay to have the issue resolved.

I eventually had the issue resolved with a free second belt, but it seems this company does not have protocols in place for efficiency.
