I bought several times from this place and each time the stuff was great the only issue I had is some stuff ran small. Wished they were still open.

The most trusted supplier! Quality is really good and very reasonably priced! Have purchased a few times now and the staff are very accommodating! Can’t recommend enough!!

I left a bad review at first, but have to say the issue was dealt with efficiently and they have been more than understanding with sorting it for me! Great customer service after the issue. Suppose even the best of companies can’t get it right everytime but the way it was rectified was fab! The clothes I have got in the past from this company have also been great quality for the price! Just got our first order. I love the clothes!!! But no one has emailed us back regarding if we use the Stock photos Of the items we purchased on our online store. Also, we I got charged an extra $3 Besides by total price but idk why!?

Received my order this week, extremely happy with all purchased, the polka dot dress’s material is a little thin but still great.. over £150 we’ll spent I hope it continues in the future.

I've ordered from Parisian 5 times now for my boutique. Aside from 1 isolated issue, which customer service did help me with, I'm pleased with their products and their customer service. Their clothing is great quality and I have no complaints about that at all. Their shipping is also amazing. Coming from UK to US, I usually receive my shipment within 2 or 3 days from placing my order, you can't even get that within the US unless you pay for express shipping. I will continue to order from Parisian bc they are a superb vendor to deal with.

Great value clothing - my go-to for fast fashion!

Currently still waiting on my order. I’ve emailed them twice and I contacted them on social media and nothing. My order says incomplete and they’ve taken my money. I’m launching my boutique next week and i don’t have my items. Either send my items or refund me!

Edit: after a whole week they finally was able to fix the issue and locate my payment and I received my items the following business day. If I order from them again, I hope I don’t have this issue again.

I am quite shocked to read some of the reviews on this page. I have made three orders in the last month and all have been really good quality clothing and arrived within a couple of days. I have only had an issue with one single item, it had a hole in the back, so I contacted customer service and sent a picture of the faulty item and within less than 24 hours I had been refunded for this item. I cannot fault the customer service! I will continue to order from Parisian as the clothing is the best quality I have received from a wholesaler.

Made 2 big orders, haven’t received any of the items, i tried contacting Parisian and my emails are getting ignored, I had to take the issue to PayPal and it’s taking a long time to sort out, it’s a shame because they have some nice products

Very happy with my delivery. Items were like described in the pictures and good size.

I requested on Monday to cancel my items, I sent over 15 emails.. they saw my email completely ignored it then waited to it arrived (Friday) to say “oops were just seeing this email, do you still want to cancel?”

Horrible- Do not bother!

Most of the time Items arrive looking like cheap versions of the pictures- I have had orders that arrived with missing items, damaged items, and wrong styles- they have never rectified the situation. In every incident they have failed to reply to my emails. They just ignore them I'm assuming. I have always had to file a claim through my Bank (which I always win) because they fail to even reply to the claim (knowing that they are wrong of course). After shopping with them for years, I will no longer support a company who lacks a complete base of customer service.

Will not be ordering from here again! The clothes I ordered were lovely however they have failed to refund me for two items I sent back and their customer service is awful. They have ignored my emails twice now, thus I won't be ordering anything else from here.
