Hi - thanks for the review and feedback. From your info, this looks to be a car for sale. Saying that, Parkers are not actually car or vehicle retailers. We don't sell the cars. They are advertised on behalf of UK traders.
You would have visited either a franchised or independent dealer to view the vehicle.
Even so, it would be nice if the sales person knew about the vehicle - this would save your wasted journey.

Absolutely apalling customer service
Paid £9.99 for a month's membership then tried to get prices for five cars I was interested in, but NONE of the numbers were accepted/recognised! I requested a refund and was completely ignored. Absolutely appalling service, I wish Ihad bought the magazine instead and won't ever be using the online service again. I still want my £9.99 refund!!!

Thanks for the response, but how can you possibly expect me to remember the five registrations I tried, this happened 3 months ago! I understand you can use the drop down menus, but they are not always accurate and not every variation exists. I gave up at the time and used a different service to help me, then requested a refund and was ignored.

Our helpdesk will always respond to email queries; however, some can go into spam.
Having 5 registration plates ‘not found’ is highly unusual and we can only say that at the time of your search, the ‘VRM’ look up may have been disabled for maintenance which happens from time to time. We’re presuming of course you were searching for UK plates.
Saying that, pricing data is always available 24/7 by using the drop-down menus on the same page where you can select the manufacturer and model range manually – so you can get a price.
With reference the printed price guide [not a mag] – this was discontinued in 2019.
Our last magazine was ‘Parkers Car Chooser’ back in 2006.
If you email the helpdesk at feedback@parkers.co.uk with the registration plates in question, we can then investigate the issue for you.

Great, detailed info. I required very specific info. on sizes and engines for a car which would fit on my narrow drive, whilst having engine and torque suitable to pull my caravan. Invaluable tool.

The market has moved too quickly for Parkers to adapt and left most of the site irrelevant.

I rate Parkers very highly, in fact they are the only people I trust for highly detailed reviews of new cars.
I am retired and when thinking of a new vehicle, I spend
