I’ve received so much junk mail from yourselves I’ve had to block you. I was getting emails daily which soon stopped being informative and useful and very quickly became annoying.

I paid for a valuation on my Ford…
I paid for a valuation on my Ford Focus, and that is what I received. Since that time I am pestered with sales of cars which I did not ask for or wish to receive. Please do not continue to send me any more sales information.

Solid, no fuss pricing for cars. I bought a sub for £5/mo. and that's cheap. The car valuation site part might benefit from a redesign to require fewer clicks. You should be able to save your settings to a cookie ("I might buy the car") and then insert the registration plate number, mileage and options and that's it, there's the prices. Insert another reg? OK, same parameters, here's the new results. This could all be done in JS on one page.

Paid for monthly price subscription, however despite taking the money Parkers claim they've not received payment. Attempted to resolve this via email, facebook, and the email address provided by facebook - all go unanswered. So I can only conclude this is a scam site , and suggest avoiding

The Response from Parkers is a complete lie. Emails were sent to the address they've mentioned, and they have been ignored. I'm willing to provide proof if needed. Odd that they can reply instantly to a negative review but are unable to reply to any emails directly. This probably tells you all you need to know about them

Our valuations service Q&A page https://www.parkers.co.uk/car-valuation/ gives details on how users can contact us [feedback@parkers.co.uk] and you’ll always get a response [normally within 24 hours] during workdays to any queries.
Valuation and subscription enquiries are not dealt with via Facebook or any other social media platforms.
Please contact our helpdesk with your purchase reference number, user email and when the subscription was purchased - we can then help you.

You don’t mention it, but you’re probably referring to valuations. From time-to-time our VRM reg plate look up doesn’t match the correct vehicle and will sometimes ‘404’ [not found]. Our helpdesk can always assist with valuations that don’t pay ball so feel free to email us.
Room for improvement
Parkers is great, but their website especially from a mobile is unpredictable

Mobile is obviously very important to us. Work is ongoing to provide an equally good mobile/desktop user experience.
Parkers subscription - website does not work.
Paid the monthly subscription and was unable to logon to get any car valuations.
Warning sign was on the initial email response to my payment... where not one website link worked!
I contacted PayPal to request my refund... since no faith in this company to correct. I still sent 3 emails to their various email addresses... 3 days on ... and no responses.

For info, all services have been working normally with no downtime.
We only have one email address for user queries [feedback@parkers.co.uk] however, we can’t see any correspondence from you.
We’re happy to troubleshoot subscription issues and users will normally get a reply within 24 hours. If you can’t log on, then normally the problem is you are using the wrong logon email address or password [or both].
As you’ve contacted PayPal, they should process your refund.

I was somewhat disappointed with my visit. I phoned in to see if they had what and wanted and was told it was in stock and the price. I made the journey only to be told that they hadn’t got any and never had at that price. It is a beautiful well stocked garden centre but I won’t be going again
