parkes aberdeen has had my toyota hilux now for two months it has a whining rear diff it was under warranty so i decided to let them do the work i could have done the work myself i wish now i had it is one excuse after another they book it in every monday but nothing is done i am still waiting with no car and i stay out of the beating track but they dont care about that.i was told today29/424 it was ready to pick up and it had been tested and it was good so i picked it up and it is just the same i wont ever deal with them again . now i can fix the problem myself.

My mum bought a cark from Park's in Dumfries and has been treated terribly. Since the car was purchased last April the SOS alert kept coming on after phoning numerous times without a call back her service was finally booked in. At this appointment it was found the computer had not been updated before being handed over at point of sale. When she took it in she was given a courtesy car and whilst driving home the alert came on advising there was no fuel in the car. My mum is a recently widowed pensioner so obviously this was distressing. Whilst in the garage it was found one of the tyres had a puncture repaired on it and therefore a new tyre was needed this tyre must have been punctured before it was sold to my mum but she was made pay for a new tyre and it was insinuated that she must have been responsible for the puncture.
I would stay clear of Parks as they appear to sell cars with lots of flaws and then make the customer pay for repair when these come to light.
The customer service is non existent most of the time and then extremely poor when someone actually calls back (usually because they want you to give them lots of money for their mistakes.)

Complete Shambles Hyundai dealerships
In November 2023 our 21 plate Hyundai developed a fault call parks Irvine to arrange booking said they could look at car in January 2024 they are a complete shambles poor customer service do not call you back. Car came out then 3 weeks later car EML light came back on when away with work another Hyundai dealer fixed it. Then April 2024 EML light on again called parks 4 times told they would call back never did called again and was told it would be May before car could be looked at and if I was not happy with that I should go to another dealership. Only other dealer near to us was another Parks dealer called and was told service was busy they said they would call never did. again seem to be total shambles. Would not trust them with a go cart. Very poor service incompetence and completely unhelpful. Never know so much bad service in all my years of motoring.

Why is it that the disgraceful £156 an hour for labour isn't advertised or stated anywhere online or in the garage, won't be returning ever to Parks. How can they justify charging customers that exorbitant amount.

Parks Toyota Aberdeen, cannot fault them one bit, sales rep Scott Murray kept me informed all the way through the process from start to finish. There was a delay in getting new car released, however this was down to Toyota themselves, both Scott and the admin team kept on at Toyota to get things finalised as car was all prepped and ready to go. Scott’s customer service was first class, and I would certainly recommend them.

Went to parks Motherwell looking for a car , as I had my last 2 cars from there and dealt with same guy Grant who is lovely and couldn't do enough for us .We picked a car put £100 deposit on the Thursday as couldn't do the deal until the Tuesday to be called by the manager Ian on the Monday (Grants day off ) with a stinking attitude " wits happening way this cor" we can't hold it much longer we don't need to hold it! We are here to sell cars ! well you won't sell much speaking to people with the tone you used After few more remarks my husband told him just send my deposit back mate and keep the car .He had someone interested in the car and sold it ,told us come back in pick another, don't think so pal if I'm not getting the car I picked and put deposit on I'm not taking any of your cars so he basically sold it behind his colleagues back on the Monday which I think as a manager is shocking ,he could never lace Grant's boots with customer service that's for sure. Wouldn't recommend anyone going to the place I will certainly not be back .

Purchased a new Transit Custom limited just recently, from the offset the experience was very pleasant and could not fault the process.
Catalina who was dealing with my purchase was very informative and helpful at every step, answering any questions I had throughout from the time of placing the order. Van came in immaculate condition as expected and it was clear they had gone over the van with a fine tooth comb and missed no detail.
Will definitely be going back when it’s time for an upgrade. Overall very happy with the process.

Scum of the earth, thieves, don't go near parks motherwell, after getting a better deal from another dealer I informed salesman grant black that I wouldn't be going ahead with the deal.He now won't answer the phone to me and is refusing to repay the 200 pound holding fee that I had put down the previous day.At end of day I'm still smiling as my deal was for same car,lower payments and 1500 quid cheaper, oh by way grant,take my name of the bigster waiting list, would go near your lot again

I was asked to go down to EK Parks as a loyal customer, to see if I could upgrade the car I had purchased from them 2 years previously. On changing my car, I could not find my V5 form, but was told my sale could go ahead, but to contact the DVLA and hand the form in at a later date. On contacting the DVLA I was told I was not registered for the car. Parks had not sent in the form at the time of sale. If I had had an accident, my insurance would not have been valid. I had to request a replacement V5 form at a cost of £25 and while I was still waiting for the form, Parks sold the car to an unsuspecting person, without telling them that they would not be registered for the car for at least a few weeks, until all forms were updated. Parks just want me to sleep their mistake under the carpet, But I feel disgusted at what could have happened, to take them to court over their misshandling of the situation and putting my family and I in harms way.
Never use Parks
This is now month 3 of waiting for a warranty part for my discovery sport with my car now off the road due to no MOT. Parks have given me a Nissan qashqui as a replacement which I could have for months and months. Car due to be returned to leasing company and now outwith lease agreement so paying a small fortune. Parks Land Rover not coming up with any solutions. After sales and care non existent as is their communication.
