Quality items, delivered on time and good contact

Whilst some items came separately, they all arrived on time for the party. I did email for an update as the tracking link doesn't work and they emailed be back very quickly. I had a good experience.
Great items at a very good price (they had extra %off promotion)

I placed an order then after checked trust pilot reviews….meaning I then worried as the reviews on here are negative however I would use again as had a good experience with items, delivery and contact. Thank you.

Absolutely joke of a company I ordered from yous alost a week and a bit ago and i had emailed to see when I was to get my order and yous have cancelled it without my permission think yous are needing to sort your company out absolutely joke!!!!!!

Awful company

Awful company , I signed up to £5 off my order , received a code that didn't work . Contacted the company who didn’t respond and in the time I waited some of the items I wanted sold out so I ordered what was left in the basket . Received after days in separate bundles and separate days and no response to a return I want to do .
I unfortunately got taken in by 50% off everything but looking as Asda and The Range most off the items they sell are far cheaper even with the so called 50% off .
Looks like the only way to get response will be through trading standards . Appalling company do not use unless you can afford to right off items of poor quality or ones that arrived far too late.

I'm really sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us and for the inconveninece caused.

I can confirm the reason the £5 off voucher didn't work is due to you using the 50% off voucher - please note as we do state on the website only 1 voucher can be used per order.

We do ship from a couple of warehouses so it will mean items may arrive in different packages but will usually be within a day or so of each other and full tracking is always provided.

I can see that you emailed us on the 30th of March at 17:22 requesting a return to which we replied back to you on the 1st of April at 15:56 with the returns information - we'd advise checking your spam folder for this response and I'll also resend it for you.

Once again we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Great Value

I placed an order and received my first package relatively quickly. I was sent 1 item that was different to what I ordered and was waiting on the 2nd package. I emailed the company 3 times and was disappointed as no reply. However, I checked in my spam box and realised their replies had gone there for some reason. They quickly resolved my issue and refunded me for the missing item. The 2nd package arrived a bit later. If it wasn't for the slight delay on the package I would have given 5 stars as the products are so reasonably priced it was definitely worth it.

No refund after 3 weeks

I ordered two costumes for world book day, one came with items missing, and the other had all the items and fitted my daughter best.

I arranged to send the other back with the missing items and because it was the wrong size, I sent this end of Feb / beginning of March.
I used there pre-paid for label for royal mail, it was delivered the same week so I threw away my receipt with the hope of a refund. it has now been 3 weeks and nothing from them, I have contacted to get more information but are kind of passing the blame on me for throwing my receipt and saying once this is checked by returns team it will be processed ? as your policy you state aim within 7 workings it has been 3 weeks and the return team hasn't processed it.

Poor timings and poor customer service. I will not be using party delights again, and I strong advise anyone else too. I have never in the life of me waited so long for refunds.

After reviewing this for you, we can confirm that the return has not yet been received back with us. While you mentioned it shows as delivered, without the proof of postage or tracking reference we’re unfortunately unable to locate or verify the return within our system at this time.

We do always advise customers to keep hold of their proof of postage until a refund has been completed on our website and returns form, as this allows us to investigate any issues like this much more quickly with the courier.

As soon as the return is received and processed by our returns team, your refund will be issued straight away. In the meantime, if you’re able to obtain any tracking details or further confirmation from Royal Mail, please do share this with us and we’ll be happy to look into it further.

Excellent, quick service

Almost didn't order from here due to the bad Trust Pilot reviews however I was pleasantly surprised!
I ordered a few bits for my daughters birthday in April - all arrived as described and in brilliant condition.
I ordered very late Monday night and they arrived Wednesday!
Brilliant service!

Ordered within the time frame for a party. The order was late so I emailed stating I needed to return. No response. I sent the box back and it was recieved a month ago. I have chased for my refund and still no response. Please confirm that a refund is being processed as I will be contacting my card company soon regarding this matter if not.

Brilliant

Would recommend, ordered my daughter’s world book day costume on Thursday 26 February and it arrived this morning. So happy with the costume. Great delivery service with no problems at all. Thanks again will definitely use again.

I’m really disappointed with my recent…

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience.
I placed my order on the 22nd for World Book Day, and while I understand it’s a busy period, there was no clear indication at the time of ordering that dispatch would be significantly delayed. With World Book Day now next week and my order still not dispatched, it’s left me in a difficult position having to make alternative arrangements at short notice.
Communication only came after I chased for an update, which has added to the frustration. I appreciate that high demand can cause delays, but clearer upfront communication about stock and dispatch times would really help customers plan, especially for time-sensitive events like this.
As the order will not arrive in time, I have requested cancellation and a full refund. Please confirm that order #2531 has now been cancelled.

We're really sorry to hear that you’ve had such a frustrating experience, and I completely understand your disappointment given that the order was intended for World Book Day. That’s a very time-sensitive event, and I appreciate how stressful it must have been realising it might not arrive in time.

World Book Day is one of our busiest periods of the year and we experienced a much higher volume of orders than anticipated. This is why we do always have a banner on the website explaining of delays so that customers are made aware before ordering.

I'm sorry that you had to be the one to chase the order, with the delays being mentioned on the website we hoped this would be enough notice for customers but we will definitely review it to see if there's a more clear way of communicating the delays.

I can confirm that order #2531 has now been cancelled and a full refund has been processed. Depending on your bank, this should appear back in your account within a few working days.

I can see you emailed us on the 17th of Feb at 11:35 am explaining your item has arrived with you damaged. Our team then responded within 24 hours on the 18th of Feb at 9:16 am offering yourself a replacement free of charge.

You then replied on the 19th at 3pm asking for a refund which we responded to on the 19th at 9pm confirming that a refund was processed and the item didn't need to be returned.

We also did notify the warehouse manager of the item arriving damaged so that we packaging can be reviewed and will be improved if needed.

Once again we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you but I'm pleased this has now been resolved.

I still havent received my order and there is no record (apart from the purchase going out of my account) of me buying it as the email has disappeared. So im guessing this is a scam

Worse experience ever… do not use this…

Worse experience ever… do not use this company. Ordered from them for my sons birthday they said they will deliver with 5 working days got it 5 days after my sons birthday. Returned items back due to not being delivered in the time they have said now they are not giving my refund as I have returned the items back to them with the return email they have sent me Royal Mail
Collected me order from my house and have sent it back to them. I have emailed them to confirm that I have sent this back. These people are money grabbing robbers.. DO NOT USE THEM…. I want my money back as I have sent you your items back

Firstly, I am terribly sorry for the delays in shipping your order - as mentioned on emails to you we were having some issues with our systems in the warehouse which caused orders to be delayed. These issues are now resolved and we're shipping as normal now.

Avoid!

Easy to use website. Items were delivered 18 days after order even though they were on a 48 hour delivery rate. 50% of items damaged on arrival. All items look cheap and are poor quality. However Natasha from the customer service team has been amazing and organised my refund quickly and provided great and prompt communication. As the items were so late I managed to get most items from my local supermarket which were better quality and cheaper so I have learnt my lesson!

Avoid – do not waste your money.
My order arrived damaged and with items missing. I emailed multiple times and have been completely ignored. There is no way to speak to an actual person, which is incredibly frustrating when something goes wrong. Terrible customer service and no accountability. This company feels like a complete rip-off.

I see they have replied to this, however I have emailed 16 times and they have still not responded. I stand by my review avoid this company they are absolutely appalling and ruined my birthday plans.

I have tried to contact you 4 times! 3 times through your website, & once through Instagram and not ONE reply! I placed my order on January 20th & have not heard a thing! Now my daughter’s birthday has been and gone. I have ordered from this company every year for my daughter’s birthday & never had a problem. I will never use you again and I want a refund!

Don't order

I wish (yet again) that I had read these reviews before ordering. My items have not arrived and they have not responded to 3 messages I have sent. Very disappointed in lack of any customer service and lack of information on potential deliveries. Don't bother ordering from them, I think they must be another foreign company hiding behind a fake British website. **UPDATE** Order received yesterday 4th Feb (delivery was promised for 28th Jan), with despatch date of 30th. I have still not received any response whatsoever, their customer service is NIL. *SECOND UPDATE 24th Feb* They have asked me to respond to their reply - I am not sure if this is even possible. So I will email again. I have returned the goods but no refund has been received. THIRD UPDATE - goodness me this is boring. I have asked them how to respond on this website - not sure if this is even possible - and guess what? NOTHING. DO NOT BUY.
