Great company. Easy to order from great range and very quick delivery.

Found Party Save Smile after searching for an item on Google. Could not believe the difference in prices and these were offering way better value so I thought I'd give them a try and they certainly did not disappoint. I'll definitely use this company again and will be recommending to others.

They had something in I couldn't get anywhere else and the delivery was spot on too.

My initial order was a complete mess but once it was bought to the attention of the company it was swiftly rectified and the order arrived just in time for my event.
So very disappointed initially but then it was ok

Aftercare customers services just phob you off, by email only you can’t actually speak to a human!!
I have been waiting for 4 weeks now for a refund of a delivery that DPD left on my doorstep, not in my safe place and was stolen, I have asked politely more than once for my money back and they can fight with DPD to get the money back, whom have said it was there fault and this company are refusing to chase etc to get my money back or maybe they have it and not passing it on 🤔this company are saying if I have a problem with DPD I should complain to them directly, that’s not my job I paid for a service there ballon’s were not cheap and they have been completely unprofessional!!!

Wish I had read some of the other reviews on here first I would of never of made the purchase

I ordered three helium balloons in a box for my Mothers birthday party with Royal Mail tracking.
Royal Mail informed me that there was a problem with the delivery as the balloons had gone to the wrong depot. I tried to ring Party Save Smile and a voicemail informed me that there was no one available. I must have rung the office at least six times during office times and nobody answered. The balloons did eventually arrive however the main inscripted balloon was deflated which as you can appreciate did not give the surprise that we wanted. Eventually two days later the Party Save Smile office did contact me and offered a partial refund.
Having experienced the very poor communication and service from the Party Save Smile team I would recommend that you find another company to deal with.
No doubt Party Save will respond to this review with excuses making out that it was not their fault. It was their fault and a great shame that they ruined my Mothers Birthday.

This company dont even deserve a single star . BE VERY CAREFUL. before placing the order i tried to contact them via phone but no one answers . all time just a answering machine that says 'our team is not available right now ' so i contacted via email and a reply comeback very quickly to purchase the air filled balloon and they will deliver it on time . because the mail response was good and truspilot reviews were good and payment was through paypal i went ahead and paid .
on 28 march i placed the order to be deliverd on 6 April which all looked perfect . on 3 april got a email my order has been dispatched via royal mail 48 hr tracked but with no tracking number .
i called but as i have mentioned above no one answer same answering machine . so first i logged in to my account on their website and saw under orders that i have no orders . it was all empty
so i emailed asking tracking number again reply came pretty quickly with a tracking number which on royal mail website said 'The sender has advised they have dispatched your item to Royal Mail.' 'We're expecting it'. so was relaxed but then i kept checking on royal mail on 4 april it said same thing and so on 5 april it displayed same message . i got worried so called royal mail and they said seller has printed the label but has not posted the item to us .
since then i kept calling and sending emails back to back , i got no reply at all .
seems like they charge people and get postage printed but never post .
today on 6 april it was meant to be delivered but no sign of it at all . i called paypal and told them about my problem so they quickly refunded me the money .
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE WEBSITE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY . VERY ANNOYED THE HELIUM BALLOONS WAS BIRTHDAY SURPRISE BUT ALL RUINED BECAUSE OF THESE SCAMMERS . £23.43 THEY CHARGED .
