Awful company. The ready-inflated helium balloons I ordered, at great expense, arrived only semi-inflated. Sad and saggy and not remotely celebratory.

I contacted the company to ask for a refund, which they refused. I asked again, and was met with a rude response, telling me that photos had to be taken of the product still inside the packaging (rather difficult with helium balloons!) and querying why I had opened the box the day after delivery (a) most people probably order the product to be delivered a day in advance of an event to ensure it’s there in time and b) why is that relevant? I opened it one day after the delivery. For over £25 for 3 balloons, you’d expect them to still be fully inflated!).

Luckily PayPal is reasonable and has refunded me.

But my advice: steer clear of these charlatans. When I had a similar issue with balloons from competitor party delights, they not only supplied new balloons but refunded me immediately. I will stick to using them in future.

I recently ordered a Balloon in a box after looking at the images and information on the Company website. The images show a balloon in a lovely white box and the information states the balloon will arrive in a white or brown box or also a box decorated with swirls etc. My balloon arrived in a tatty old cardboard box which was intended for a 2 Year olds Birthday. I contacted the company who failed to address my concerns and advised my balloon was delivered in a box as stated. I even provided them with a picture from their own website and how my balloon arrived and they still refused to accept why I was disappointed. The postage is extremely high and mine didn't arrive the next day and only stayed inflated for 2 Days. All things considered, poor service and poor value for money, will not use again or recommend.

Paid extra for guaranteed delivery for a 100th birthday balloon. Arrived too late for the birthday lunch. I will never use again.

Excellent service. Ordered a balloon bouquet from here after many of the larger balloon companies couldn’t deliver to my postcode. They arrived within 2 days and the recipient was delighted with them. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely love how my parcel was wrapped I ordered a peg person (Prince) for my daughters 30th birthday, I made a mistake when ordering regarding postal address, I e-mailed and received a quick response, it got sorted and item delivered the next day. Can’t wait for my daughter to open it 😊
