Multi Coloured chair
Placed the order in the evening company phoned us following day offering delivery 3 days later. The delivery arrived as promised. We are very pleased with the chair and the company service.

Good company, great service and products
Good company. Communication was excellent, answered the phone straight away to help sort out as issue from the supplier.
Did everything they could to resolve as quickly as possible. Highly rate this company. They were Polite, patient and kind. Delivery was quicker than expected and drivers were also polite and helpful. Furniture looks amazing. My son is very happy with his new room! Would use again. Thank you

Broken table, no response from Pattens
I waited for over 2 months for my marble dining table to arrived and it turned up completely in half, with huge chunks missing all the way round it. Even the base of the table was broken. Admittedly Pattens refunded me pretty quickly, but I sent three emails asking when the table would be collected and no response at all, 3 weeks later. I explained several times that the broken table was taking up my whole kitchen floor and with two young toddlers, it was a massive trip hazard, and I couldn’t move it due to the sheer weight of it. I finally gave up waiting to hear back and ended up paying £50 for a man with a van to come and collect it and dispose of it. So I’m £50 down, and I have no dining table for Christmas!

Hi Holly,
We apologise that the product your received was damaged. When you reported the breakage no mention of the broken base was made. The table left our warehouse in one piece and was delivered by a reliable courier that we have used for the last 12 months with no previous problems. We can only apologise on their behalf for the issue and we have taken up the issue with them as why the table was left with the obvious damage to it.
Our sales team have in your notes that you sourced another dining table within a week hence why we refunded you instead of getting the table replaced. We have on our files that we said that the table could be disposed of we can only apologise if this was not communicated correctly.
We apologies for the inconvenience.

Poor service, unhelpful and rude
Expensive first of all. Poor service, unhelpful and rude. My order was instructed to be left at my door or with the lady next door because no one goes up there apart from us (top floor) and i thought it may need signed for. It was left in a public place and I didn't receive my order i assume it was taken. Dozens of emails later no help ans only to be told its my fault. Never order from here very rude and useless people. I wouldn't even give you 1 star if it was possible!

Sorry you feel disappointed with our service. I have looked into your comments and find it hard to see how we have been unhelpful and rude as we have responded to your emails promptly and only advised you of the facts as follows:
Our team confirmed directly with the courier company that your parcel was delivered to your front door as requested by you and a photo was taken to confirm this. The photo has been emailed to you for your reference. There was no signature taken as the goods were left at the SafePlace as instructed by you. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be available to take delivery. When the courier contacted you to arrange delivery rather than arrange it for when you would be available you chose to request for the goods to be left in a SafePlace, this was your decision and done so at your own risk. The courier delivered the parcel to your front door as requested by yourself and took the photo to confirm it had been left.
With regards to the pricing, we are very competitive with our prices as I’m sure you would have taken the time to carry out a price comparison before choosing to purchase the item from our website.

Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars was due to the surface scratches on the furniture which must have been there pre packing. As it was packaged well.
