Extrem teuer. Habe die Jacke seit 2 Jahren.
Tolles Design, aber absolut nicht wettertauglich.
So schwitze ich in keiner anderen Jacke.

⁹Ho acqistato due polo nel negozio dell'outlet la reggia di Marcianise. Pessima esperienza.il signore con la barba e la commessa pensano di fare i furbi e sono molto scorretti. Ho ho chiesto il reso sull'acquisto di due prodotti e mi hanno rifiutato. La possibilità di effettuare il reso. Se acquistate sappiate che non potete effettuare resi.
Anche sulla qualità della merce ho qualche dubbio. Non aggiungo altro

Great quality never shrink or becomes bigger

Dreadful company with dreadful service. Was overcharged on my latest online purchase (should have been $625 and on getting my credit card statement I was charged $970). They would not answer my emails and don’t give a damn about customer service. Avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!!

Crazy bad after sales service. Prices are exorbitant yet the quality does not match and the customer service seriously sucks. Please stay away from this brand

Die Rückgabe geht NUR mit "Anklicken" des 10-Euro-teuren Rücksendelabels, - vorher bekommt man KEINE Anschrift, noch ist eine Telefonnummer zu erhalten. Das Label ist aber bei der Post NICHT lesbar und man muss NOCHMAL Porto für versichertes Paket bezahlen. Abzocke!

Will not even try to resolve or repair a design flaw. they call them luxury brand....

Resorting to this as I cannot get a response despite several emails. Bought a polo shirt that shrunk in the wash. Got one reply asking for more details almost two weeks ago which I replied to and nothing back. Own many Paul and Shark garments including polo shirts, and this is the first issue I have had. Given the cost of the polo shirt, it is very disappointing they don’t care enough to resolve the situation.

The Paul and shark club is a con. After buying a couple of jackets (not cheap) I thought I'd use my miles before they expired, that was three months ago. My prize request was accepted but never got any confirmation of it being dispatched so contacted them they said they'd refund the miles which are absolutely no good now since they expire soon and the prizes available I don't have enough miles for.

And their customer service is atrocious

An example of high-end brand. I used clothes from them since a lot of years. Knitwear is fantastic, eternal and jackets and cotton clothes too. I had an issue with one jacket in warranty period and they send to me a new one after sending pictures and ticket to them. Great.

Ho acquistato dei loro prodotti dove suo cartellino diceva che in omaggio avrei ricevuto un portachiavi personalizzato, il 20 maggio 2025 mi confermano che é stato ordinato e che la spedizione sarebbe arriva entro 2-3 mesi. Ad oggi ancora niente e il customer care non risponde più. Pessimo

Ein recht neues Hemd riss am Oberarm ein. Auf meine Reklamation hin erhielt ich sofort ein neues Hemd. Vielen Dank

bought a nice coat 7 years ago but recently lost one of the buttons. they sent an identical replacement free of charge immediately.

Outstanding customer service!

My wife and me where long term customers of the brand and most of the time happy with their products and quality.

Since we’ve been to Triest in Italy.
I bought a white pants for an outfit for a wedding there because I forgot mine at our place at home.
When we arrived at the apartment I tried the pants with the suit.
But the color was slightly off so I could not wear the pants for the event.
I went immediately back to the store and want to change it to another color or an voucher.
Because they didnt had the color I wanted I asked them for a voucher for their online store but they decliened and said they wont take it back or give me a voucher, I could online choose another pants right now or need to keep the one I already had.
The pants costs around 350$ and as a long term customers with a lot of high spendings I would appreciate more friendly and professionalism at a luxury store like that.

Bereits das 2. Mal, dass ein Hemd unter den Achseln gerissen ist. Das habe ich noch bei keiner (billigeren!) Marke erlebt. Unfassbar. Zudem sind selbst z. B. die bügelfreien Hemden trotzdem nur schwer glatt zu bekommen - speziell an der Knopfleiste und am Kragen. Auch ziehen sich die Polos beim Waschen (30 Grad) überproportional zusammen. Dazu labberige Polo-Knopfleisten. Was ist das für eine Qualität geworden?! Sehr schade, für den Presi erwarte ich beste Qualität. Da hilft es auch nicht, dass die Jacken aus recycelten Plastikmüll gefertigt werden, wenn das Öko-Gedöhns zu Lasten der Qualität geht.

Hinsichtlich meiner Bewertung vom 29.10.2024 möchte ich hier ergänzen, dass meine Reklamation sofort bearbeitet wurde und ich im Geschäft in Roermond einen Pullover anstandslos und ohne Beleg getauscht bekam. Der 2. Pullover wurde direkt von Paul and Shark ersetzt, auch hier hatte ich keinen Beleg mehr. Respekt.

Die Qualität ist einfach nur schlecht. Grundsätzlich mochte ich die Marke und hab einige Teile (Pullover, Hemden, Polos) von denen. Aber die Qualität ist einfach nur mies. Da ist Kleidung von viel billigeren Marken wesentlich besser. Die Preise sind völlig überzogen
