Brilliant

Brilliant. I’ve had a few worries with one of my cats, Nala. The vet I spoke to was amazing, really thorough, calmed my nerves and saved me a vet visit. I have PawSquad included with my Admiral pet insurance, and it’s absolutely brilliant. Thanks PawSquad!

Great experience …

We spoke twice to the vets about our dog and they were very helpful, professional and kind. Saved us money and time having to go and see our own local vet. Great service

So helpful, thank you!

It is so comforting to know that a friendly, knowledgable and helpful vet is only a phone call away. My concern was soon put to rest and no further action was needed. Pawsquad saves the day again. This is not my first experience and I can honestly say that when I need advice, Pawsquad have come through each time. They tell you when not to worry and when to get to the physical vet pronto. Thanks for an amazing service!

Fungus treatment

My dog had some red spots on his belly. I spoke to a pawsquad vet and she adviced me tu use anti fungus shampoo for two weeks. Toby started feeling better within 3 days. The vet was very professional and helpful.

I spoke to PawSquad to ask for some…

I spoke to PawSquad to ask for some advice before I went to my vets because I found a lump on my little boy's neck. The vet put my mind at ease and to be honest the vet gave me better advice than my vet. I definitely recommend PawSquad.

Yes was really pleased with using this…

Yes was really pleased with using this app & it helping me have a speedy diagnosis from vet online live using my handset. I’m registered with PDSA which helped immeasurably but if I hadn’t manage to register my pet I’d be £36 out of pocket & then they wanted £25 for follow up response. PDSA provided me with a CODE that helped with first time of using PawSquad App & speaking to vet through video call. Just be aware that PDSA CODE sent only covers 1 appointment. Luckily my pet had a stomach bug & better now so did not need to chase up or reply to messages received from PawSquad. In seeking follow up, which is not required.

Was really glad to get a consultation…

Was really glad to get a consultation with a vet at 10pm at night when my dog was in pain , not eating or drinking. The Vet was very helpful and gave me excellent advice. My dog ate some cooked chicken a couple of hours later and after following the Vets advice, she is very well now.

Didnt believe our dog was poorly

Didnt believe our dog was poorly. Took 48hrs to let us see a vet and we found out that our puppy was seriously ill and we could have lost him if my wife and I didn't give up. Don't recommend these at all

Had video calls a few times when my guinea pig was very poorly. Helpful advice from the vets that work on the app.

the second vet knew nothing about the…first

the second vet knew nothing about the first vets view from early in the day, and also the emails i have been geting after that day, has got the name of the dog wrong its poppy not autumn she was put too sleep in may after a brain tumour that is not very good,is it

I wrote a review back in April 2022…

I wrote a review back in April 2022 describing my out of hours experience with this company, where I tried to speak to a vet at 1am and after 30 minute wait had to take my dog to the emergency vets. Ling story short -s he passed away and I don’t know if the delay contributed to her death. I made 2 complaints by my insurance company because obviously speaking to a vet at that time of night was an emergency. I haven’t received an apology or indeed any recognition that Paw Squad have learned from my experience.

As a company sold as being a back up to vets I’m shocked that they’ve been so uninterested in my complaint. I’m still devastated at the loss of my beloved Doris and hence this feedback.
