I phoned for help with a technical problem and my call was answered straight away. Then a very helpful lady patiently lead me through the steps necessary to resolve our issue. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Had difficulty with an account, but once we explained the problem from our perspective, we got great help from Pete - in spite of starting out with a problem it was a pleasure to deal with someone who understood, who could speak decent English so that I could understand him, and who was able to sort the issue in double quick time!

Sarah was very very helpful and understanding and she was very calm and polite of explaining things to me and she has sorted all my confusions and helped me more than I was expecting and she made sure someone rings me back and sorts the merchant problem out and they sorted my new machine aswell. The other coiligue was very helpful and he gave me the best of the offers he could. Thank you paymentsence

I have had a number of phone conversations with Ricky over Dojo and our current Paymentsense terminals.Very good product knowledge and rang me back at the times he said he would.Put my mind at rest about the terminals we no longer have but remain "allocated" to the business .Great customer service.

Darren is excellent at his job; he listens carefully, speaks clearly whilst seemly pulling your details from his database. He quickly identifies any issues and resolves them, there and then, allowing both you and your staff to get on with your job.
He has complete technical knowledge and experience and uses both to the customers benefit, leaving the them in no doubt he knows precisely what he is doing: giving you the correct solution for your problem to continue to work with the kit you reply on

This morning I had to ring Payment Sense to order new terminals for work. I was put through to the correct department and had the pleasure of speaking to Lucy.
The job I was tasked with was something outside of my usual remit.
Lucy was very pleasant, helpful and above all efficient.
My order was taken and emails were received confirming my request. A total pleasure to deal with on a Wednesday morning. Well Done team Paymentsense, excellent service.
