After a rocky start in set up I spoke to Darren who sorted everything out quickly and efficiently, with great professionalism and a genuine sympathetic ear , definitely an asset to Payment sense

I'm so impressed with the recent changes to Customer care at Paymentsense. For the last few months, the staff have been exceptionally helpful, friendly and upbeat in their proactive approach to managing my account, assisting me with billing and terminal advice, plus ensuring I am on the most affordable deal.

I'll be brutally honest and say they have come a long way since I joined them at least eight years ago. I believe there was some misrepresentation when I was sold my original five-year contract, which was too expensive to buy my way out of; hence, I stuck with them. Unfortunately, I was often overcharged, and trying to resolve the issues was very time-consuming. The care team was just rude.

I'm very happy to see such a huge turnaround in services, and the staff are lovely. Thank you to Steph, Amy and Damien, in particular, for your recent support. This is exactly how it should be done! Your attitude and level of assistance are all outstanding THANK YOU!

I had a small problem with my Terminal and was put through to Trinity. She was amazing, so patient and helpful and talked me through the entire process and had me back up and running within the hour. People are quick to criticize these days but not as quick to offer praise. Praise should be applied here because Trinity was outstanding. Many thanks.

Annaliese went above and beyond to get the queries cleared and was very helpful.

Spoke to someone who knew exactly what they were doing, and who was extremely helpful, polite and understanding. I wasn’t made to feel like an idiot and Dawn took me through everything step by step, making it very easy to do.

I found Trinity very helpful and pleasant

We had a breakdown on one of our card readers, I rang thinking I would be on hold for ages and struggle to get sorted but Shauna answered quickly and had excellent technical knowledge of the product. The end result being an upgrade to replace the faulty unit and to upgrade all the other machines too! Very satisfied.

We have used payment sense in our buisness for many years and have no intention of leaving them. The rates are excellent and service second to none.
