We are sorry to hear about your experience.
Our factory was closed over the Christmas and New Year period and orders received during this time could not be shipped until 10th January 2024.
We did try our best to make sure our customers were aware of this. From 22nd December 2023, we had a message displayed at the top of our every page on our website explaining this. This message was also repeated at the checkout stage, with customers having to tick and confirm that they were happy with a delivery date after 10th January 2024 before they could proceed further and checkout.

Hello and thanks for sharing your feedback.
We're sorry that you experienced problems with this delivery.
You requested a Certificate of Origin with your order and it is this that has caused the delay with the shipping documents. Normally this is done in a couple of days with no issues, as has been the case on your previous orders.
This issue is now resolved and you should receive the documents before the demurrage charges start. If not, these charges will be reimbursed.
This is not a common instance and we want to do better.

The service was good, but the cost of the replacement part for the 20mm air belt sander wasn't a great deal less than replacing the whole tool unfortunately.
