COMPLETE SHAMBLES
Order was late, emailed three times, no response. When it came, was outrageously wrong. There were no 'commas' used on mugs so my text didn't make sense! The glass vase had a chip in it and paint marks plus the box was torn. There was a plastic tumbler completely missing and I have yet to hear from them despite multiple chasers!!! AVOID AND GO ELSEWHERE

Somehow my order went through without all the personal details I had completed for my order. I contacted the support line and they were very good, they advised me what to do, they emailed me to confirm they had received my details for my order, (all this within 24hrs). Very pleased with the helpline and the speed of their reply.
I have now received my order (with 5 days) and I love my bauble. The printing is nice and clear. My first time using Personalise.co.uk, I will definitely use again.Thank you
