PREY YOU DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM!
I have used Peter Cox Limited to repair brick ties on a house I'm in the process of sellling...
However, they have drilled through into my stair well by accident!
They told me they would sort it, bu all they did was poorly fill the hole with WHITE filler (the wall is chocolate)!
They then offered £100, and told me that the new owner would 'probably redecorate anyway', followed by 'plaster will probably get chipped when we move our furnature out anyway'!
The problem I have is that the apint used is no longer made by Dulux, so this will not nbe a simple touch up job, it could be a full repaint - and that paint extends from the foot of the stairs, up the stairwell and round the landing top, so could be a real headach...
So far the best offer thay have made is £350, and up to just do not want to send in a professional decoratior, to sort it out properly (as I think they are aware it will cost them!!!)

Very professional team. Making any treatments needed very swift and easy. The technician Emma was a joy from start to finish. Giving advice and treating the issue promptly and effectively.

From our initial enquiry call to Mark's survey visit and to Yanees and Quinton's work in our loft everything was arranged efficiently. We were kept informed at all stages of the process with Yanees and Quinton on the day who carried out the work with consideration to our needs and questions and we're extremely pleased to say the results exceeded our expectations.

My flat had several damp issues. In amongst a pretty stressful and overwhelming situation, the amazing team at Peter Cox were a true blessing - the Branch Manager, Colin McKinley, and the surveyor, Rhys Winter, advised me with deep expertise and kindness, keeping my spirits up, as did the technicians Bob McFarlane, Roger Moore, and Murray Gordon, who fixed everything over the course of 1.5 weeks going above and beyond. At all times, they were professional, super punctual, worked extremely hard, always tidied up, never left chaos behind, and the end result was super neat. It was evident they deeply care about their trade and doing exceptional work. On top of that, they were very pleasant people, and I really appreciated their patience and openness in answering all my questions, explaining what they were doing, which allowed me to learn a bit during the repairs. I feel profound gratitude to the whole team, including Lee-Ann Savage in the office - it felt like they were my guardian angels, even if it sounds cheesy. Their service was outstanding, genuinely caring and turned a stressful situation into an overall positive experience. I couldn't be happier with the work they did, and how they did it, and I couldn't recommend Peter Cox more wholeheartedly.

Peter Cox carried out a repair to a failed concrete boot lintel above a window. I have been impressed by the professionalism of the whole team, from the surveyor Mark to the technicians Macauley and Steve and the admin Brad and Kayleigh. They are all pleasant and efficient to deal with, and the work has been completed to a good standard.

Billy and Mark explained in detail on what needed doing, giving a first-class job on damp proof works and plastering. Place was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Good people to deal with very polite and easy to deal with. They laid down floor covering and removed them every day and cleared up at the end of each day, and the end of the job.

On time, plenty of forewarning and updates, left the place tidy - not always a given. Stopped the job half way though on first appointment as loft space needed more drying time. I couldn't see this so credit to them for doing the right thing - not everyone would.

From the initial survey carried out by Mark Patrick to the works being carried out and the support from Emma and Karen, the service given was excellent.

We had workmen Monday named Olly and Callum they were very polite and informative. Any questions asked were answered and explained if needed. They also were very tidy, making sure any debris was cleaned away before they left. The plasterer came and was very quick and also polite and helpful with questions. I would highly recommend there services. A credit to the company.

We had an issue with rising damp. Mark Alexander the Surveyor was very helpful & informative and Steph the Office Assistant kept us regularly updated. But we would really like to thank Mark Kennedy the Technician, who went above & beyond to help us, showing us the problems and telling us what he was going to do to rectify them. His work was very neat & tidy, which was a bonus too… We are extremely pleased with the service we received from start to finish. We would highly recommended this Company.

Peter Cox completed the works on time and on budget. On site they were clean, tidy and on time and works were completed to a good standard.

Peter Cox did a magnificent job from start to finish. Robert Bialek carried out the original survey and came up with a pragmatic and cost effective solution to help us avoid flooding in the basement. An excellent recommendation and when we proceeded the team that did the work took three days and did a brilliant job. They were lead by Cliff who kept us informed of progress and was great to work with. On time, on budget and effective. We highly recommend them , get ready though this kind of work generates an awful lot of dust!

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful from the office staff on the phone to the surveyor and the guys that carried out the work.

The surveyor spent time with me outlining the work that was required on the property and explained everything in detail. The guys doing the work were friendly and happy to explain as they went along what they were doing and left the house clean and tidy after. I would recommend them
