After finding a car I liked on the website I raised an enquiry to find out more about the vehicle. This was around 9pm and by 7 am the morning after I woke correspondence from the garage and in particular Neil Johnson at CARZ Motherwell. A viewing and meeting was arranged for 24hrs later.

Arriving at the garage with the family we were made very welcome and offered refreshments for both adults and kids. There was a soft play area and ride on cars available for the kids which took the stress right off of trying to keep them amused as well as taking cars with Neil.

The whole process from finding the car online to picking up the following week was seamless and all paperwork talked through to make sure there were no issues. I speak here from dealing with Neil was polite and professional the entire time

Sean was extremely helpful when we purchased our vehicle. He ensured we were completely happy with the car before we committed to purchase.

I didn’t go ahead with my car deal as I received a better one down south . I have been waiting a week for my deposit to be returned to which I was told yesterday it be in my bank which I still have not received it . Asking for my bank details but sending me the wrong email so it
bounced back . Not replying to my txts when asking about the deposit . So it quickly went from 5 star to 3 . Hoping I receive my deposit soon .

I bought a car last December from Peter Vardy Aberdeen Carz, no they are closed, my car broke down , I’m telling them my car is broken and answer from them is we wouldn’t be able to assist any further as we no longer have a garage in Aberdeen that would look at the vehicle however if the third-party can confirm what is wrong with the vehicle the warranty company will confirm if they will cover the costs.why that’s it’s my problem that you don’t have garage in Aberdeen, I bought car from you, deal with problem, why I have to look for a third-party.

I had my car in for repair last week & had came across an issue on Saturday morning with the car having no heating coming though. Called the dealership & spoke to David. I explained my situation. He told me to come straight down to get it checked. I was offered tea & coffee and even a roll from the shop when the mechanics where going for breakfast. I had my car back within 40 minutes with heating fully working and was on my way. I cant thank you & your team enough for fitting me in & getting the issue sorted. I wont hesitate to come back for future repairs. Thank you!

I haven’t had a great experience . On my first call to enquire about a used Landrover a £500 deposit was taken to remove the car from sale while the numbers were crunched, at their recommendation. The numbers didn’t add up as Peter Vardy offered me a much lower PX on my own car than other Landrover dealerships. I have been waiting / chasing (and still wait ) for the £500 to be returned to me . Emails are not responded to and calls are not answered . I’m now buying a car from a different Landrover main dealer (Hatfields) and the experience couldn’t be more different.
