Absolutely amazing experience with pets reunited. So thankful for their support (making posters, sending to local vets etc) in looking for Rosie our parrot!

Contacted by a vet claiming to have my missing pet. Asking for payment before releasing my pet.

Although my cat returned by herself it was very comforting to know that her details were out there for people looking.

I'm an OAP I have lost two cats in two years I reported that my last cat bleu when missing from the RG1 area in Feb 26 all l have had in the way of feed back was a scam phone call supposedly from RSPCA and castle vet reporting that my cat has been injured and that I needed to pay a vets bill for £270 I was lucky that I was informed by my card provider that this was a scam I have to wonder where the source came from as pets reunited was at the time my first port of call so it does not pay to have the 4.99 deal .

Website gives a error message, it took 14 hrs plus for report to be approved. In my area there are reports created years ago so data is old and needs cleansing. It does not look reliable

Easy to use website and it was good to have as an extra way of getting information out there about our cat.

Very quick and smooth transaction to get lost cat's details on the system and flyers emailed to us. Very comprehensive, they've thought of everything. Will definitely use again if cat decides to go walkabout in the future!

The platform is easy to use but frankly, all I got was a scam call the day after I paid and registered.i paid to have my mobile number “masked and rerouted” which was how I knew the only call I had was a scam pretending to be from a nearby Animal Clinic, trying to get my personal information. In the end I found my lovely little cat myself with the help from my neighbours. PetsReunited wasn't worth the fee and the scam call only added to my stress.

Enabled me to share information about my lost cat

Our pet had gone missing so the first thing I did was register on pets reunited.
The cat returned home on its own accord a few days later so although the site didn't directly have a hand in finding her it was reassuring people where looking out for her.
The cost of the advert isn't too bad but I think paying an extra £3.99 to withhold your number is a bit expensive

Contacted Pets Reunited when we lost our cat. They were really sympathetic and helpful at a very stressful time. They acted promptly to get 'missing pet' posters to us and gave us good advice on what to do next. The missing pet report was easy to follow and the staff were very polite and friendly. So grateful for their support and very happy to announce that we have been reunited with our beautiful cat. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this service to anyone who is missing their pet.

My cat, Stuart, has been stolen or is being unlawfully withheld by a man who posted his picture on Pets Reunited under reference PR113429 details of the individual involved. Our family is extremely distressed

This is a supportive trustworthy well organised site to map out and follow guide and support owners with finding their missing cats . . and also keeping their existence alert within the map system and website for people to interact with should the cats be spotted to alert the owners .
