This company is amazing . So quick to post to all special media sites and instrumental in you finding your pets by getting the word out. Also great posters and flyers for free to put up which was great . Highly recommend to anyone who has lost a pet they also protect your information like your phone number and give you a protected number which is truly helpful

This is amazing software and a superb service. My cat came home and I have no idea whether the Petsreunited posters / flyers/ web page were responsible or not, but I can't fault the service

Our beloved cat Sassy had been spooked by fireworks & disappeared .
The app definitely helped as it gets multiple notices from other groups who are all on the lookout for your pet .
The template is also good as the last thing on your mind is what to put on a flyer whilst stressed out .

Good website helped many ppl to find their loving pets as for my case found my cat after two weeks of missing, found her hiding in the back yard of the yardleywood road church so skinny weak and poorly.

It was vital that my lost cat was advertised quickly and this website did this. My cat was found by a neighbour within 3 hours of publishing the information. I am most grateful to Pets Reunited for the speedy action taken

The search parameters are really helpful, and updating the detail changes are very good.

The reporting and closing procedures were customer friendly. Overall a worrying but satisfied experience as the cat returned a week later.

I’m really not happy about the service I received following the loss of my cat.

I paid almost £15 for what I think is a premium service and I’m still waiting for the fliers 5 days later.

I’ve not received any conformation local vets etc have been notified.

The original price was £4.99 and suddenly they’ve took this up to almost 200%. This is a huge mark up.

I would like my money back and I’ve requested this from customer services.

I printed out my own fliers after being promised almost next day delivery. I didn’t get the service I paid for.

Easy to use and reached a wide audience, was able to order 50 free posters from link when I signed up which is fantastic. Pumpkin turned up back home after a very stressful 2 days and is fit and well. The peace of mind using pets reunited is invaluable and whilst the posters have been ordered, but now not required we will keep them in case needed in the future. But hopefully not!

This website has saved my cat. Not only they notify all the vets and rescues, but depending on the subscription (i got the one that costed like £16-ish) i got free 50 posters delivered to my house, with colour ink so it calls more attention of the people to read it. They also offered a protection temporary phone number that you can use by including it in your posters so people can call the number and it redirects to your real number, this way people can call the number (which is a temporary different phone number ) and still protect your real number. My cat disappeared on 5th September, and I put the posters up on 25th september, and thanks to the posters and the protection phone number from this website got him back today 29th September.

Petsreunited site is easy to navigate, which when you are worried about your pet is a big bonus. Also they design the flyer and poster so all you have to do is download them and print them. If you don't have a printer they have a link to a company that will print them for free. I found them very helpful.

A great website that helps you locate the owner or the pet missing. As soon as I updated the form, the next day I had pdf flyers in my email and link to a company who offered some free poster printing. What a great package and way for people to help get lost pets back to their families. Thank you!

Quick to take money but still do not put the missing ad up. It says “awaiting approval”. still. Our cat has been gone 5 days now. Why don’t you publish an ad for a missing cat immediately? Support emails bounces back as the email is not recognized. Messages on FB Messenger bounces back. Please avoid if you need quick help from the community.
