Very useful resource for trying to find the owners of a stray cat.

This website is doing well because helped me find my cat when I lost it. Unfortunately when the vet called my cat was dead ,but this website helped my find where he was . We don t no longer us cat but at least we have him buried in my garden on his favorite spot.

Terrible customer service, number protection is a scam.
If you use this website DO NOT sign up for number protection. I’ve tried to cancel the subscription but keep being billed twice each month. No one has replied to me in over a month. I’ve seen I’m not the only person to be ripped off like this. Terrible way to be treated when trying to find your lost pet.

Pets Reunited was totally user friendly at a very worrying time. They provided everything we needed to try to find our missing indoor ragdoll cat. We would certainly use the company again but hope the need does not arise. They gave so much useful advice plus provided a straightforward online form and initiated so many actions on our behalf in double quick time.

Really unhappy with trying to cancel my subscription. It's bad enough that my cat has died. Being unable to cancel my subscription is appalling. I have tried using the website and still no joy!

Pets Reunited were there to help when my one year old cat Emil went missing. All public posts help as it keeps these missing cats in people's minds, and you never know when someone will see them

The website is really good.
It gave me comfort when I couldn't find my cat and it was heartening to know other animal lovers in the area were keeping their eye out. Very comprehensive and useful, complete with posters to print out and the option of protecting your number at reasonable, non-extortionate prices.

Reports lost and found pets, which is a great source of comfort as it makes sure animals are returned to worrying owners

I liked the advertising but personally felt the re routing of my phone number was suspicious. This was due to the fact, that on my account it said I didn't have it, Yet I had paid £3.99. I also got a scammer call wanting money for a procedure Swimmy had. He claimed to be a Vet but he didn't know what evasive meant?? Thankfully due to your scammer warning I was aware.

The website was easy to use and offered advice and options of support available. Knowing they and viewers cared helped during a difficult time. Although didn't directly help locate Sebastian, I would recommend.

My experience on this app was great and wonderful. I just always hoped my cat would come home on his own, I’m thankful for everyone’s support. Through this I had hope that my cat would come back somehow.

Not really any help

Really easy to use and excellent eye catching poster which led to our cat being found. Old fashioned advertising at the local train station was the key along with lots and lots of walking the streets! Thank you.

A brilliant website to share information and get support and sightings - it made us feel a lot more confident we would get him home.

Having the basic poster from Pets Reunited really helped. We put them up everywhere and people were taking notice and looking for her. We had a few taken down & one prank call but that was sort of to be expected. I opted not to have my own number shown which was ok but getting connected when people called the link number wasn't always easy & we only once got the follow-up text they promise. Overall, really glad we were able to get the word out far & wide thanks to Pets Reunited.
