Phill is a great man.. very polite and made me and my partner feel at ease .. great company seems we were in there a few hours and I can't fault it in any way at all ... would highly recommend the treatments he has to offer!
He's made a big difference to my life and so much more to come!

I don’t know where to start, after having a phone call with Phil and helping him to understand my feelings and troubles at the time he put me at ease and made me realise that all of these things can be fixed and that you don’t have to carry the burden and weight of these emotions for ever.
After going through some really challenging times in my life and allowing my negative to impact me to the point relationships are on the line, my overall attitude for life was fading. I was close to loosing family and friends and couldn’t see what else I could do. And for me I believed Phil could be the person who could change all this.

When I arrived for my first session with Phil his presence and calmness helped me to connect more and feel less anxious instantly. The knowledge Phil has about the mind and the way he explained how the negative mind impacts you helped me to really understand what was going on.
The confidence to believe he could help me and that I could leave the next session feeling like a new person was all I needed to hear.

On arrival for my timeline therapy session I was once again made to feel at ease and less anxious instantly, with constant reassurance from Phil that today was going to be a good day.
The experience was out of this world, amd credit where credit is due Phil, really is a master of his craft. I left feeling light as a feather and honestly can’t explain how my brain felt clear for the first time in a while.

Since my timeline session which couldn't have happened at a more important time in my life and relationship. I’ve felt calmer and more collected, I’ve been able to enjoy the feelings of happiness and laughter and comfort within my family settings. The constant narrative of negativity in my brain is almost non existent. Less anxiety and a feeling of joy rather than sadness.

I’ve described Phil as a ‘Wizard’ to family and friends because it’s so impressive to experience the absolute joy that Phil gets from helping somebody else who at times felt like they couldn’t be helped.

I recommend anyone who wants to make changes and heal past wounds and someone who just wants to feel positive again give Phil a message. It’ll be the best thing you ever do for yourself.

Phil has been absolutely pivotal in helping me get out of my own way both in business and in managing life’s challenges.

Whenever I hit a wobble, he was there. Short-notice calls, calm guidance, and the ability to pull me out of negative thought loops when I needed it most. His depth of experience with NLP and the Tony Robbins framework really shows he knows exactly how to refocus you on forward momentum instead of letting you spiral.

Honestly, I didn’t write this review earlier because… well, if he gets too busy, I might struggle to book calls 😂
Jokes aside, I’ve worked with many performance coaches, “self-help” experts, and so-called gurus, and none, I mean none, are operating at Phil’s level.

I’ve recently went to Phill for hypnotherapy among other things to get over my emetophobia. It was an awful fear that took over many parts of my everyday life. I recently had a hypnosis session with Phill. This was my first time experiencing hypnosis, and I felt quite nervous initially. However, Phill's kind and caring nature immediately put me at ease. I've been working with Phill for a few more sessions now as I was suffering from some low mood issues. I just don't know how he does it, he listens, questions and then gets straight to it. I feel so much better and in only a few session. I can't recommend him too much. If you are looking to change then you can't do better than trusting Phil

Phil took me through the havering process. The results have been amazing. I had PTSD and it was adversely affecting my life. Not only has that gone but I feel so much happier than I did before the session. I would recommend Phil to anyone wanting to improve their life.

I was recently lucky enough to have a coaching session with Phill and he used a technique called Havening. It was simply simply a safe heaven. And while I'm writing this review, I am struggling to remember what was the issue that I had for quite some time..still nothing! This is how good it was! Phil is an amazing coach, patient, warm and with an amazing voice. I would recommend him to anyone that wants fast stable results.

Phill helped me with some unresolved issues I had using a process called havening. Phill reassured me and thoroughly explained the process which put my nerves at ease. The best bit was he said that he did not even need to know what the issue was to be able to help me! Wow! After what only seemed like a few minutes I felt so much better, lighter and at ease. Phill helped me get through an MRI.
I had previously failed my first MRI, I was terrified, claustrophobic and just completely freaked out.
I went to see Phill who was so easy to talk to, so calm and reassuring.
Through Phill’s hypnotherapy and coaching I was able to fly through my next MRI. I felt calm, relaxed and completely at ease, I remembered all the things he had told me and if anything the MRI could have gone on longer, I just didn’t mind. Afterwards, I felt so confident and proud of myself.
