Sian Lias, Partner at Phillips Law has recently helped me to revamp my will. It’s always a difficult thing to consider what will happen to your loved ones after you’ve passed on, but Sian has been absolutely fantastic. In steering me through the complexities of the legal landscape, she has managed to deliver a holistic solution for my wishes, considering tax implications as well as the legal position - all whilst keeping it simple to understand in layman’s terms. I instructed Phillips for the sale of my shared ownership property. My matter was dealt with efficiency and empathy and I felt well supported during the divorce process. Howard Gardener was exceptional and I felt incredibly fortunate to benefit from his experience. Howard's assistant, Kelly Geter, deserves recognition also.

Used Trish & Jakki for a house sale and they were brilliant! Always on top of the process from beginning to end, would highly recommend.

My initial meeting with McBriggs Antwi‑Boasiako - 'Briggs' - was a revelation to this grieving son.

Briggs' knowledge and experience shone as he summed up my situation and then explained the procedures to obtain Probate. He quickly dispelled the trepidation I was feeling towards carrying out my task as executor.

From then on all communication was by email. Documents were scanned and passed between us as attachments. When necessary, I printed, signed, and returned them by post.
Given the very long travel distance between PL's office and my home this arrangement was extremely convenient.

I asked many questions along the way and Briggs always gave prompt concise answers.

The business is now concluded, to our mutual satisfaction - and my relief!

I have recently completed the sale of my mother’s property. Phillips Law dealt with the conveyance in their usual friendly and professional manner. I cannot recommend Jon Coles and his assistants, Helen, Sharelle and Catherine, highly enough.

Phillips Law is conveniently located in Basingstoke. Their meeting rooms are modern, warm and private. All staff are welcoming, pleasant and professional without being formal or officious. Whilst not cheap (what service is these days?), their communication was timely, they listened to my requirements and reacted positively; they provided an excellent service. Sarah Parker concluded my requirements sympathetically and effectively with a positive approach and sound advice.

after all the issues with an email it turns out that Connells were at fault by emailing the wrong account so Phillips Law could only do something when they actually received the email, so i do apologise for this slating you on this review, Grahame Stevens..
