It was rather avg overall. There wasn’t a real effort to either fully and fairly represent me in the case.

Sarah F my legal counsel was decent and tried to help. However, one of her senior colleagues (advertised as an expert in employment matters) who stepped in when Sarah was on AL, appeared to be only interested in the monetary aspect.

The outcome of my case was not what was promised to me when Phillips was engaged in my employment matter. I had been repeatedly re-assured that I had a strong case. And then over the 3-4 months the interest in my matter ebbed, though I was charged a hefty legal fee.

The experience has heft me feeling rather wary of engaging law firms in the future.
