This was the first time I had purchased from Phillips Hobbies. The items I ordered were reasonably priced. My items arrived within 48 hours of placing my order. They were very well packaged. Overall an excellent shopping experience.

Biffa dustbin lorry
This item was bought as a birthday present for my son who collects Oxford models. No problem with ordering from Phillips Hobbies hence the 5 stars. However I do think that they should consider a different delivery company. Royal Mail were useless but no surprise there.

Phillips Hobbies.....Top Notch Service.!

Marks .. 11 out of 10 ....for packing parcel, to make sure items were delivered safely. Good communication with updates. Good Prices..Very impressive service & will be back as a customer, should I require anything Phillips Hobbies sell .
