I've tried contacting them via whatsapp, phone calls and emails. No response at all! Not even certain if they are still in business! I just want my phone back, I can sell it quicker on Bidorbuy. I don't know if I will ever get my phone back from them! This is fraud and I will certainly open a case against them at the police station.

Once you sent them your device, you don’t hear anything back from them, they don’t answer calls or respond to any form of communication

Company took my phone and sold it and for over 3 weeks is ignoring all my communication across all channels and no payments are being made to me. Disgusting service and no care at all for customers. I doubt this is even legit. Rather use Bobshop where you will at least get some sort of a guarantee

Bought and paid for a used Samsung S22 Ultra and received a brand new, still sealed boxed phone. Excellent Service and good communication. I'll definitely do business again and can recommend them 100%.

Sold my iPad through them. They told me my item has been sold as it is not listed on their website but now have gone quiet. No answer on calls, no response on email and no money for my product.

Please, anyone considering using this service, PLEASE THINK AGAIN AND EXERCISE CAUTION!!!!

These people have taken my phone and are refusing to return it. They ignore your phone calls and emails, and even their WhatsApp service does not respond.

After I cancelled my listing on their website, I was met with complete silence. Their company doesn't even have auto-responders to acknowledge my cancellation.

I have taken action with the consumer protection agency and am discrediting their name on every review site possible. I urge everyone to do the same.

Phone was sold last year December and its july 2024 and they have been saying they will make payment and all sorts of stories with their accounts Emma is useless and the office doesn’t answer phones and still waiting

VERY DISAPPOINTED guys this platform is a scam, it’s should be closed, they never send my money , they just stole my phone.

They have stolen my Samsung A53 which was supposed to be sold…no answer from the call center and I've tried 5 times... no response from my 7 emails honestly very sad . It's not like I waited a day... it was sent in 25/03/2024 it is now 21/05/2024

Very bad service, I could not get my money or my phone back after I gave phonetradr my phone to sell for me. Only received my money after weeks, when I threatened to open a case

It has been 6+ months since I sent my phone in. I was notified that it sold a few months back.
Still no money paid over and no answer to hundreds of calls / emails.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Scam South African company. Do not use! They used to be good years ago, but now they take your phone and never pay you. They collected my phone on 30 Nov 2022 (over a year ago). Apparently it only sold on 09 Nov 2023 (over a month ago). Still did not receive my payment. One excuse after another. I am going to open a case of theft at the police now.
