We have purchased several items including beds, furniture and sofas from Michael and have been amazed each and every time at the quality of the products, service and communication - they really are a breath of fresh air in todays 'good enough' world and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have been customers of Pickworth Furnishings for decades. Many thanks to Michael and staff for the usual excellent service, not only in choosing our sofa but also in its delivery and assembly. Attention to detail of all aspects involved were exemplary.

What a really excellent company with some wonderful staff. I’m not local, but I bought from Pickworth’s after finding them on the Web and I’m so glad I did. I Purchased a sideboard from Pickworth Furnishing which had to be ordered. Mike kept me up to date with regards to delivery and delivered it as promised on time. The delivery chaps were extremely polite and helpful ensuring everything was spot on before leaving. Mike also went the extra mile and managed to obtain the correct wood oil for the sideboard. 1st Class service all round.

My husband and I have used Pickworths Furnishings for over 30 years. In that time we have always found them to be fair honest and reliable and they will always go out of their way to give you the very best customer experience. If anything has ever needed rectifying Michael has always gone out of his way to accommodate.
We have bought varying items from Pickworths from Living room furniture, bed room furniture, beds mirrors and occasional pieces of furniture along with gift items. The quality of the products are excellent and their taste to meet all age groups is great.
It is with hard work and perseverance I'm sure that this fantastic shop has continued to be part of Loughborough and that it has managed to survive over 181 years of trading and long may it remain.

We have bought several items of furniture over the years from this fab shop, they are super helpful (advising without being pushy) and we have always found just what we wanted at the right price. We have just had our new sofa delivered and although the was a wait due to the Covid situation, they kept us updated constantly and we are so pleased with it. A great independent family business who really does care.

This really is an independent Family firm well worth visiting! Their products and customer service are second to none - nothing was too much trouble . If you are looking for something special , you won’t go far wrong in taking a trip to this lovely store who have so much to offer and they will really look after you as well. Would always visit them first when looking for furniture and will happily recommend them to our family and friends - they are a hidden gem!

One of the most professional and helpful companies I have dealt with . I am in Australia and had huge issues with the shipping company.
