I had a pleasant experience with this app

Points are gone after 4 years of building up points for bigger ticket items. There was no communication with this and customer service said they can't do anything.

If I could give zero I will. I paid on time monthly for 4 years and login to check the fake pints they give. It was never enough to purchase anything. I logged in today and all points for the lady 4 years is gone. They lied I haven’t logged in 3 months. They never report to credit bureau. Landlord made me sigh up. They are fraud!!

Piñata is a great way to get a little back from the most expensive cost in your life, rent!! Love using piñata, have received several gifts and am always pushing for more points to get more stuff! Love it! And its $0 cost for you!

To be rewarded for paying my rent plus little extras here and there it don't get no better! I've used pinata for years I wanna say since they first launched I'm with the beta program and just newly accepted to renters nation ambassador club. So this should be interesting. It can't be bad that much I do know. If you pay rent and don't have this app, your trippin. They report to the credit bureau on your behalf so that's a win right there also.

Most apps do too much when it comes to using and then getting rewarded. I've reported my rent and gotten rewarded plenty of times, with this app there's so much you can do to earn and redemption is so quick. I appreciate their customer service
because they are always on it. Very nice, communicative and helpful. Every time I have an issue they are so quick to help. I truly love this app.

I have loved using the Pinata App! Being able to save up a bunch of the points and then redeem then and enter to win free rent has be fun! Ive gotten Ulta gift cards and Starbucks gift cards from the and have been able to get great deals on other products i use! I am obsessed.

This app is great for reporting back to your credit about your rental history and has made mine go up in points I’ve had it for going on 3 years! With no issues and it’s so easy to use I definitely will continue to use this.

I love piñata. It has made it so much easier to pay rent on time especially when living paycheck to paycheck. I also earned enough points that I have an instant pot in the way! It’s helped improve my credit as well. Love this app!

I love the app! It’s the best thing our landlord has done for us. I just cashed in my first reward - just for doing what I already do each month! Definitely give it a try. And if you’re a landlord or property manager, sign your renters up!!
