Absolutely recommend and will definitely order from here again. I've got my brows items too dry because of hot summer transportation to Poland. I was right off replaced with brand new items which do not depend on the heat and can be safely transported. Perfect customer service. It took Pink Honey few hours to reply me back, not couple of days. Absolutely satisfied!

If you are thinking to sock up like I did ,DONT.I bought 5 Pink honey Coco brow Powder in August 2026 and they all expire in October 2026.I posted the review and they deleted it a few days later.

Brow Glue is just Gloop!

I ordered the pink honey clear brow glue as have dark brows already and don’t need any tint. I have tried it 4 times, tried spraying the glue with water directly in the jar, tried just spraying the spoolie, tried wiping off excess…still always the same result: White residue all over my brows that makes them look gross! Also, when applying; the glue/ spoolie pull loads of hair out! Not good for the price! Would not recommend. So disappointed.

Recently bought a few products from you.
The 1st being the brow pen. I've not even had it a week an it's completely dried out and unusable
I did keep lid on an not in sunlight so there's no way that should happen
Secondary the cola cube brow. It is not even usable. When you use brush that came with it, nothing collected on it
I was, however pleased with the freckle pen and pixie nose (although I mistakingly ordered wrong shade, but that's my bad)
I absolutely expect a refund for the brow line pen and the cola cube brow pot thing

So sorry to hear about the brow pen and cola cube brow issues.

Did you use an activator for the cola cubes? It is a water activated product so you can spray water into the pot, swirl your honey dipper around to coat the brush, and this will then make it usable. I am sorry to hear about the brow pen and I will have a new one sent out for you right away.

I normally love the pink honey products and with my brows being sparse and I’m fair I thought I would try the cola cubes tinted brow glue. Unfortunately after a few days of using it by eyebrows became really sore. The skin underneath the hair looked like it had been burnt. I stopped using the product immediately and my brows were so sore, raw and then started to scab over. I’m not sure what ingredients are used but it seems it gave me chemical burns. Very disappointing as the other products I love.

I purchased a makeup bag . Prob my fault I didn’t check sizes I was a medium size but turned up small
So I sent it back never actually opened the case bag but I obviously opened the box it arrived in when there received it back they said sorry can’t give refund cause box was damaged . I have a photo of it it wasn’t damaged hardly at all and content inside wasn’t opened . They offered to send it back to me for 4 pounds bearing in mind I sent it back to them at 5.30 so I’ve already lost . So I just told them to keep it . They are wrong here and I wouldn’t order again or advise anyone to order from them .

Terrible customer service.
I ordered a product and an empty box arrived. The seal was still intact but the box had been opened at the side and held together with an elastic band to look closed. Immediately emailed customer service who sent me a picture of the box in exactly the same way I described (held together with an elastic band) and told me that as it looked sealed they wouldn't help me.
I'm now out of pocket and have no product.
I was really looking forward to trying this brand but after being called a liar by customer service I certainly won't be ordering again.
Don't buy from here unless you are willing to risk losing your money and having nothing to show for it.

I love my pink honey lipstick but unfortunately the lipstick itself has snapped in the lid and I’m unable to get it out or repair it. This is a brand new lipstick too so I’m quite gutted as I don’t want to spend my money on a brand new one seeing as I only recently brought this one. Other than that. The shade is beautiful and lasts me a while

First time trying the product and the reviews are true it’s absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend!

Purchased the lipstick, liner and gloss. Where to start. Lipliner colour (pretty girl) - Not a nice finish on me and wipes off in seconds, no staying power. Lipstick colour is dead (Delilah) and looks like foundation or concealer on the lips. The lipgloss (Angelic) looks a really nice shade in packaging but the pigment is lost on lips and the worst part is the texture feels really cheap and tacky when applied. Packing is ok. The only positive I have to give. Feel utterly cheated. Better lip liners in Poundland or glosses/lipsticks in drugstore brands. I wish I I never bought any of it!

I placed an order with Pink Honey and for some reason it put it for collection not delivery. I have tried multiple times to contact the company to sort this out but no response. Very disappointing!

I attempted to give them another chance after hearing many positive reviews about their BFF cream bronzer. I purchased the lightest shade available, which is also recommended for olive tones per the product description. However, both shades turned out to be too orange and too dark for me, even though I am not pale. They refused my request to return both products, despite them being unused, which breaches the Customer Rights Act as in previous cases. This brand hasn't made any improvements.

Additionally, there are no broken seals on any of the boxes since there weren't any. Under the Customer Rights Act, I am legally permitted to return an unused product for a full refund. Being a small business does not exempt you from this law, so I will have to open a dispute with my bank.

Bought their lip liner, lipstick and lipgloss. I’m over 50 and their products are so lovely! Best I’ve used. Please can you do more colours in your lip products please. Will be ordering more.

First time ordering from pink honey. I ordered the cream blush and my skin had a reaction to the product. Not blaming them as a company as these things happen. I contacted customer service to see if I could return the item or if the could offer a refund because it's waste of money when I cannot use. Absolutely awful customer service they were not interested in providing me with any help. It's a shame because they could be a good business if they offered customer service. I will not order again and I will not recommend to anyone.

Great product and customer service

Bought the cola cube tint and hold. Was solid as if dried out. Emailed with pictures and a video. I’ve emailed again and no response. Waste of money. .#223022

It does the job and keep them in place nicely, I would definitely recommend.
