Unbelievably smooth process from start to finish with Oliver and his team! From initial contact to successful completion, they were proactive, responsive, knowledgeable, and accessible. Whereas other brokers told us our complex mortgage (two expats, one with non-GBP income) would be difficult and time-consuming, Pinnacle exuded confidence and competence from the very beginning, culminating in a successful mortgage offer ahead of schedule. At the start they would constantly contact us and it all seemed positive. They were efficient and helpful.
