Pinnacle's excellent service
I was a bit older for a mortgage but pinnacle found me a good deal within a very short time, even when the deal fell through they quickly arranged another for me. Throughout the whole process pinnacle was in touch keeping me updated. I would recommend Pinnacle over any other mortgage broker on the market.

First time buyer
My circumstance was not straightforward, I was in quite a difficult situation in finding a mortgage and I had already been through other brokers who could not get me a mortgage.
When I was about to give up a friend recommended Pinnacle, it was the decision for me to call this number 01702 831920!!
My mortgage broker Jason Thuku was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable, he explained the whole process and what exactly was needed to get me a suitable mortgage.
The level of customer service was outstanding, Jason went above and beyond and dealt with all the stresses involved in finding a mortgage lender for me. Not only did he find me the best deal, he also consistently kept me updated.
Jason thank you for your assistance throughout the loan process. I will certainly recommend your services to anyone I know who needs a mortgage.

Best broker for problem Mortgage renewals
I was in quite a difficult situation tax wise due to brexit and had already been throuhg a long list of brokers who could not get me a mortgage. Pinnacle were very professional and very knowledgeable and were able to explain the whole process and what exactly was needed to get me a suitable mortgage.

I have been in the property business for some time but I have never come across brokers as well as ones at Pinnacle. They have a solution for every problem, Always responsive and most importantly always get the job done and follow through untill there is result. As a British citizen, I work and live in Germany, but I wanted to buy a property in the UK.

Incredibly smooth process
Nothing less than deserved. Managed to unlock a mortgage for us in next to no time despite the complexity of the application.
Other brokers wasted time and cost us money due to interest rate changes whilst they tried to get us an offer they just couldn’t figure out how to achieve.
Expert advice, great service. Professional process and communications and no time wasted by Rhiannon and Dan who were an absolute pleasure to work with, have already been and will continue to recommend their services to anyone in the market for a mortgage.
