Pioneer Caravans Avis 

We bought our first motorhome from Pioneer Caravans. We bought it here because we found the exact model we wanted. Steve Wicks and Ben are great sales people. Not pushy but answering every question we threw at them. They gave us a good deal on the 1-year old Bailey and the day we collected it, they spent another 2 hours to answer all the questions we had as we are motorhome newbies, and to top it all they even threw in a few extras to get us going.

What can I say about the sales manager Steve wicks and the other 2 sales guys, they are very very professional extremely helpful with enquiries we had about a certain caravan,from start to finish it was made so easy for us, they made the time for us with everything even up to when we pulled out of the car park. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this caravan dealership, they are all a HUGE credit to the company and a big thank you for everything you have done for us.

I recently purchased a campervan from Pioneer Caravans. Being new to this, I heavily relied on the knowledge and experience of the sales team who were fantastic. The whole experience from front to back has been slick without any complications. I have also made use of the aftersales team/service and found them to be efficient and reliable. Overall, I have found the experience to be very good and I will definitely return in the future.

Bought a caravan from pioneer in 2017 and couldn't fault then, so decided to change our caravan to a motorhome in 2023 so no better place to go and have look was pioneer, we found a motorhome and exchanged the caravan... has we where newbies to motorhome we trusted pioneer, but I was far wrong. The armrest to the front seats are missing but pioneer wasn't interested, the rear table and fixings are missing and now it's been for his mot the engine covers are missing bit confusing has we took it back the the mot station where pioneer took 🤔🤔🤔. I've Lost all trust in them now... has you can see pioneer reply to my review.. I can assure you that the rear table has NOT BEEN rectified.

Great sales personnel, with a no pushy sales ethos. We've just bought our 2nd touring van from them with a piece of mind with their 12 month warranty. Really friendly, approachable staff with a great after sales service. I would throughly recommend Pioneer Caravans 100%

Bought motorhome had a few problems returned m h to depot issue could not be resolved immediately so after discussing problems was allowed to exchange to another m h. Customer service couldn't have been better would recommend. Thank you to all the team

Bought a new Adria from Pioneer, love the caravan. Paul was great, very helpful and knowledgable. We are new to Caravans but had large Campervans in the past. In terms of handover it’s always tricky to understand everything at pick up time and that’s true with every dealer we have ever been to. We thought it was pretty good. We came back next day with a minor query which they sorted really quickly. All in all a good experience. The caravan is ace and we are very happy with it.

Totally surprised at some of the previous reviews, as the level of service and assistance before and after our 1st caravan purchase has been exceptional. Highly recommend.

I have bought two caravans from Pioneer. One in 2017 and one in August this year. Dealt with Paul on both occasions and was very pleased with how we were dealt with both at point of sale and after sale. Will definitely go back again and highly recommend them.

Bought a used motorhome from this longstanding dealership, didn't expect the vehicle to be delivered with so many faults from the outset. It obviously hadn't been checked over properly before delivery. Some of paperwork including the habitation and damp check was missing when it was delivered, I was promised copies would be sent to me. The dealer
initially responded positively, offering to sort out repairs, some of which were minor issues, but after returning to the dealership to get the 3 broken blinds replaced, finally I was given the missing paperwork and discovered a major damp issue, which was not pointed out to me by the dealer at the time. There also seemed to be a major mechanical issue with the quickshift gearbox, which they continuously refused to accept was a problem. I look legal advice, and was advised to reject the vehicle and request a refund, the vehicle to be collected and a refund given within 14 days of notification of my rejection. Bought caravans/motorhomes for over 40 years from various large dealerships, without any problems whatsoever.

We went to browse the static caravans at Pioneers Showground in Peterborough. We were impressed by their smart appearance of the showroom and the good selection of static vans available for private sale. The service we received all the way through has been exemplary. We would recommend anyone thinking of buying a caravan visit Pioneer and be as delighted as we are with our caravan.

Absolutely terrible customer service from this place, recently bought a new Swift caravan from a dealer near our home but where staying on a site near these people and had a problem with our fridge door sent these a message as it was late on a Sunday asking for advice never had the courtesy to get back to me.

Received the correct items on the specified day and on time. Found Sam very helpful and efficient, would recommend Pioneer Caravans.

Sam was really knowledgeable and helpful with my query. As my requirements were not held in stock he very kindly, and quickly, got my order in and e-mailed me when they were ready for collection.

Since we took delivery of our brand new Willerby Vogue Classic in May 2022 we have experienced problem after problem, too numerous to mention here. Throughout that time Sam and Beccy at Pioneer Caravans, through whom we made the purchase have been excellent. We cannot praise them highly enough, always helpful, thoughtful, polite and caring. They are what is rightly referred to 'A customer care team' unfortunately many people in a similar role with other companies fall far short of that

Made an enquiry about a new name Plaque for our static caravan . It could not have been easier , Sam phoned me about my enquiry and informed me they could help . He went me a picture of the name plaque to confirm it was correct , it was . He then explained about ordering and paying for it . He then went me a quote , which was good . I then paid the money to them and almost immediately got confirmation of my order and a invoice showing it had been paid . Absolutely Fantastic service and Sam is a credit to the company . Highly recommend .
